Location is amazing for my business needs. I have stayed here multiple times over the past 5 years. The same core issues remain. The elevators are in need of repair. 6 floors with one elevator functioning is not something busy guests want to face after a long day. The non-functioning AC on the main level and community/shared space is unacceptable for Texas climate.
I love the beds, they were comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean.
I didn't realize that the hotel was pet friendly. I didn't like the fact that I had to fix my breakfast and eat in an area with dogs. I am allergic to dog dandruff, etc...I didn't like the fact that there was two elevators and only one was working. The first floor was hot, no air conditioner during breakfast and cheack-in. It was extremely hot in the lobby area.

The main lobby was hot and muggy with no AC and only one Elevator worked . Elevator takes a very long time to come to the floor needed and ended up taking the stairs the whole stay

Health Hazard — Unsanitary Room Caused Allergic Reactions in My Children
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.
Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked, and the elevator buttons did not work on the 3rd floor at all, so you had to call down to the front desk to have them send up the elevator. Another guest told us they stayed there a year before and the elevator was down at that time, so it has been out of service for at least a year. The AC did not work in the lobby, it was very hot and really uncomfortable when downstairs. The pool was closed. We stayed the last weekend of May so we thought it would be open. The room itself was okay. The bathroom has a weird set up and the toilet & shower area was small.
Rude front desk staff. Starting with the manager onsite. Pool not open during our stay due to maintenance but manager stated that the pool has been closed since January and that he does have to discuss any more details with me. AC in the lobby not working. Elevator getting stuck at times. Housekeeping deserves 5 star.
The beds are super soft. The staff was nice and the location was good. Breakfast was even decent.

Lobby had no air. Running fans. Wouldn’t allow me to check in because stayed no rooms. Booking.com listed several available rooms. Would not refund my money either! Awaiting help from booking.com as management refuses to communicate and/or refund my money. Front desk stated refunds are not offered to the third party customers

Room was filthy upon check-in and never cleaned despite formal complaint. Stained bedding, food debris on floors, hair on surfaces, dirty walls. My two young daughters developed skin rashes and allergic reactions from the unclean bedding. Pool was advertised as available but closed upon arrival with zero prior disclosure. Front desk refused to clean the room same evening, promised morning service that never happened. Complained to GM and Hyatt Corporate — both refused refund without reviewing photo evidence. Worst hotel experience with a major brand.
