Overall, it is a nice comfortable place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options.

Cons:

The elevator quit working the evening we were there. Fortunately, it was fixed by morning when we had to check out. Also, I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room.

Elevator not working only up had to call to come down they send it up the room was 2queen beds the air unit by window had maybe 8 inches to get on bed was so close it was not acceptable I kicked it during the night other bed same problem only with the half wall crazy small bathroom door didn’t close well one night we made it had dr appointment at children’s hospital already stressed out

I was turned away with the children in the cold.
Pros:

Parking was available out front, though limited.

Cons:

I was approached as I was walking to the desk to check in. I was told there is no reservation under my name even though I should the confirmation number and email I had received. I was asked “are you sure you did not check in already”? I felt like I was turned away either because of how I looked ( a black lady dress in sweat pants, with locs and a jacket), or because I had 4 kids listed in my reservation although I kept them in the car when I was trying to check in. I really felt judged and turned away. The company emailed and called twice to confine reservation but they also said they were hung on both times. My email was not replied to.
Never again would I book there nor recommend that location.

My room wasn’t available that I purchased two days in advance and I wasn’t informed before I came to dallas from San Angelo tx at 10:30pm at night. I was informed for a refunded by manager.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, room was clean and nothing broken or in bad shape. In the last 12 months we’ve stayed at a dozen different hotels ranging from roach motels to the Hyatt. The Hyatt was hands down the best I’ve ever stayed at.

Cons:

No microwave in the room.

My stay was overall comfortable.
Pros:

Bed was clean and cozy. loved the upgrade modern colors and the shower water flow.

Cons:

The ice machine area was very dirty and messy. In the room the sofa was dark color but it had a visible dark stain on it.
