Pros:

I loved the peppery because it was gated.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my room did not have a microwave. We was told we should have ordered the king shite in order to get the microwave which I was not happy about that.

Pros:

The room has a mini-fridge and a coffee-maker. The bed is comfortable. The hot water shower is responsive though pressure is low at the 5th floor. So why did I rate it poorly?

* It is next to a freeway and the road noise is terrible with poorly insulated walls. The a/c sounds like a mis-firing jet engine: sleep quality is absymal - merits one star off.
* The TV was dead. The hair-dryer smells like a wet dog's fur (ugh!) - one more star off.
* Only one elevator is working: you will need to wait 4-5 minutes for it to respond. The inside stinks of vomit and animal urine - one more star off.
* The morning breakfast fare had less than ideal bakery products - one more star off.

For the price I paid, there are better options that I will exercise next time.

Pros:

Close to the hospital. Fenced in back parking lot. Quiet for the most part.

Cons:

Breakfast was sub par. Eggs were mushy, fruit appeared over ripe, gravy was dry. There were no places outside for people to sit and enjoy. Elevators were creaky.

Waste of money. Had to risk my luggage with a random person due to no customer service being provide for extended amount
Cons:

I had to wait at front desk for 30 minutes upon arrival for check-in. Never got anyone to come up front.

Had to leave all my bags and stuff with a random guy staying at the hotel in order to make it to my destination in time. Never got a worker to check me in until midnight that night.

Pros:

I do not recommend. elevator was not functioning from the 3rd floor. One guest that I'm aware of, was stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued. housekeeping never touched my room in 6 nights. the pictures of this hotel are very deceiving.

Hotels are just for sleeping and the breakfast. So it did it’s job but the upkeep of the property could be better.
Pros:

The location was good! The parking was good. Very easy in and out access to the main road

Cons:

The elevator was really sketchy. I was on the 6th floor and the elevator was very slow. I used to stairs a lot but when I did use the elevator it stopped on every floor and the door would shake before it went to the next floor all the way to the 6th. Not safe at all! The pool was closed even though it was clean and it was 90 degrees outside. They did not give us any new towels and they only clean the rooms every three days. When we got there the room was still dirty the floor had my feet black.

Modern Day Decor
Pros:

I was surprised by the modern day decor of the room, live streaming in regards to tv entertainment is important for today's society. Staff was wonderful and when visiting Dallas in the future this hotel will be considered for my stay.
