Pros:

Nothing was good

Cons:

When staff member asked me how many cards I needed and I told him 2 he gave me one and I let him know and he proceeded to argue with me and I witnessed him be rude to other customers. The elevator and hallways smelled so strong with marijuana it was unbearable. The website in which we booked did not state the hotel would be cramped and loud with a church service going on the first floor. This also made parking hard. It was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel.

We had an excellent day
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, and the location was good for my business meeting as well

The elevator is in need of repair, but the counter person helped us out and told us about that

DO NOT STAY. First day we got there bugs and hair in our bed. Mold in ac. Caution signs everywhere.

Cons:

Hair and bugs in our bed. MOLD in AC. Not clean or comfortable at all. Felt unsafe and staff were very disrespectful. We left the same night and did NOT stay there.

Stay was awesome just couple of issues that should have been avoided but were handled incorrectly.
Pros:

The property was great it was a modest and safe gated area. They had everything you need for approximately a week stay. The staff was great except for the one who thought it would be a good idea to call our room at 6am.

Cons:

I don’t understand how the rooms don’t have smart TVs
Air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t not working, and all day it was hot there during our stay

Was expecting more for the money spent - might have been a good value at one time, but not now.
Cons:

No AC in the lobby/breakfast area (Staff had both fans turned toward them)
Mildew in shower
Was not informed at check-in that room would not be cleaned (followed in-room instructions for new towels, but no fresh towels; no fresh coffee cups; etc.)
When we were ready to check out, the elevator would not operate correctly (issue resolved later that morning, but forced us to rush back to check out).

Good place to stay for the weekend.
Pros:

Not too far from everything. 30/35 mins from ATT Stadium. Close enough to downtown. Clean and quiet. Rooms very spacious.

Cons:

Not a lot of parking but the staff was nice and helped me to make sure I parked properly and not get towed.

The location, the large rooms and the staff.

Cons:

Had to change rooms as the first on had no lighting. Lack of proper operations of the elevators, one was not operational and the other was slow and stopped on un selected floors. Breakfast was a mess!
