Pleasant and overall peaceful.
Pros:

Cleanliness, politeness of staff, hotel layout, room size was sufficient. Outside patio of terrace exceeded expectations, however was sometimes too chilly to enjoy it. Great view of the neighboring skylines of tall buildings. Having my own dining room, office desk, and secondary entertainment, living room type area, and multiple places to sit and shelving/storage spots was also a great factor. It was nice having a closet. The bathroom was very nice and quaint, but overall had much smaller than I would have guessed, not much space on the countertop for hygiene belongings and tooth brushes, as well as hair brushes, so that things wouldn’t be too close together or fall off.
The style of amenities like the shampoo and shower soap smelled great, I liked using them.

Cons:

At first the Tv remote had buttons that didn’t work in the first night but I was busy. The next evening staff was happy to promptly replace my room remote, the rate for dinner -beverages and breakfast was a little high considering it’s just for convenience. The microwave in my room didn’t work and we had to go cook small meals in the microwave down the hallway. The bed was a pullout type looked to be part of a fixed piece of furniture with a sofa it come out of. The bed could have been better and more comfortable considering the expenses for the stay in a terrace room type. Having to pay for WiFi isn’t something I’ve experienced before. But at least the hotel felt very clean and had a lot of amenities. The snacks were a little pricey at the commissary. And I found it odd that they did not use trash bags for the small waste bins in the rooms, the rate of valet per night for small/medium car. Having to utilize an app when I’m on the go to request my car delivery. But at least most things were in walking distance that I was there to do.

It was great!
Pros:

Staff was great, great location, really clean and comfortable

Cons:

Our TV didn’t work. We were out of the room most of our stay so it wasn’t a big deal

Fairly good
Pros:

I liked the location and the atmosphere plus the staff was really helpful

Cons:

I didn’t like the breakfast and I had a problem with the room because I booked a king bed size and a got a room with twin beds and the reason I was given is because I booked through a third party. Honestly I didn’t like that

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location it was in walking distance of things I needed . And the fitness had what I need plus has a sauna . The staff was super helpful and friendly.
The bed was comfortable and I even loved the bathroom set up .

Location close enough to convention center, decent value, still pricy
Pros:

I did not get to enjoy breakfast, as the timing did not work out for me to have breakfast at the hotel. I am split between two facts however, maybe it was good value for $25, but also felt it should be included.

Had a great night, everyone was very nice and helpful and the rooms are comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was clean and there was a great bar/restaurant in the main lobby.

Cons:

The valet parking was hard to find.

Pros:

Location was fine. Pool area was nice. Most staff were nice. Just super expensive.

Cons:

Parking is absolutely ridiculous. I was over charged. Our room by the elevator was loud. Especially the elevator itself. Shower door did not close. 2 towels. I re-used 4 times.
I also found out by an angry staff member that you do not recycle. She said it was all trash. Very disappointed!😥

Clean the room and give me a refund or better points
Pros:

The location and the staff was friendly. I just didn’t like that they didn’t clean the hotel and didn’t give me a refund back. Just gave me 5000 points, which wasn’t much because someone’s underwear was found at the top of my closet and the sink was dirty

Pros:

The restaurant food was very good.

Cons:

Ice machine was broken on the 11th floor. Our sliding bathroom door came off track, but housekeeping must have fixed it while we were at our conference.

Pros:

Location.was great. Stuff very helpful and the room was very neat and clean.The only negative is price of valet parking
