Завышенный рейтинг.
Pros:

Не знаю, откуда тут такой высокий рейтинг. Нет в отеле ничего на 9 баллов из 10-ти. Номер ещё более-менее, хотя санузел ОЧЕНЬ маленький, сидя на унитазе легко головой упереться в дверь. Номер с кухней ещё ничего, без кухни совсем малюсенький. Завтрак вообще ни о чём, даже для 3-х звезд. Наверное дело в цене. На новогодний каникулы цены заряжены в два раза, поэтому соотношение цена/качество получается на 2 балла по пятибальной системе. В общем, не рекомендую.

Pros:

Проживал в отеле второй раз , поскольку первый раз в феврале 2020 условиями проживания, обслуживания остался доволен. По отдельным позициям явное лучшение. Рекомендую для заселения

Дизайнерский отель
Pros:

Жили в номере студии. Чисто, очень просторно. На кухне есть вторая раковина и мини холодильник. Вторая кровать в номере - это по сути просто раскладушка. Прикольный дизайн, как в номере, так и в коридоре. Отель находится на шестом этаже бизнес центра, так что прежде чем попасть в его дизайнерское пространство придется зайти в унылый советский дом и проехать на страшном советском лифте )). Для тех, у кого не студия, есть общая мини столовая, где можно погреть еду и перекусить. На пятом этаже есть обычная столовая с низкими ценами, ориентированная судя по всему на сотрудников бизнес центра, т.к. работает только по будням с 8:00 до 15:00. Ресепшен находится на первом этаже, слева от входа, рядом с лифтом. До кремля можно дойти пешком, минут за 15-20.

An hidden gem in an ugly building
Pros:

Brand new, nice and spotless hotel. Rooms are somewhat tiny but very comfortable. Don't let you been impressed by the building, lift and reception desk on the ground floor which are really not nice. Hotel may not be easy to find, but the location is very good.
