I really liked the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed was. The environment was calm and relaxing, and the location is very convenient, especially being close to the UN base. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.
There were a few minor issues such as limited amenities and slight delays in service, but nothing too serious to affect the overall experience.
The ambiance was excellent, the workers were very good especially Patricia was so friendly and calm🥰🥰🥰

The staff did make us feel welcome and did their best to help us. Bathroom and shower facilities were great.
We booked for a 2-room apartment and when we arrived we were told they were all taken. We ended up in a studio, the extra bed therefore didn’t have a mosquito net over it.

Close to Airport and felt secure because of UN bace entrance at top of the street.
No washing machine as promised. Gas cooker but no gas or electric connected..over looked Surge ponds the mosquitos were impressive!!! Mosquito net didn't fit the bed.
I loved the room provided by the host. It was spacious, the lighting was perfect, the decor was amazing.
I was disappointed with my recent stay. The amount advertised in the app differed from what I was charged, and I ended up paying an additional $20. Additionally, although I had agreed with management for an airport pick-up and drop-off, this service was not provided.
While the receptionist was kind, I was asked for full payment upfront before even checking out the room. Considering that I arrived at midnight, this was inconvenient and frustrating.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was excellent, and the chef fulfilled all our special requests. The management was perfect and the hotel was very safe. All in all, highly recommended.
