Disappointing for the whole weekend
Pros:

The front desk lady was nice

Cons:

They had to switch my room because room 302 or 303 had a stuck door you could not open it at all.
The rooms are dirty , the floors were filthy, the bathroom lights were super dim, the sink was dirty, the WiFi was not working my whole stay even when I did ask about it they said it was possible down the whole weekend the pictures are not the same in person the hotels are kind of outdated . Jacuzzi was closed.

It was comfortable, but the refrigerator was broke

Cons:

I’m in the process of getting my deposit back today. They processed only stayed there one night. they never gave me my deposit back and as an additional five dollar charge, I don’t even know of.

Pros:

I didn't even stay at the room it wasn't clean at all. I went upstairs to check out the room and went back to check out and told the front desk attended that the room was not clean and I am requiring a refund because I had to leave that night didn't even get a chance to go to sleep or sleep in the room so I am looking for my money back

Cons:

I would like to be refunded for a room that I paid for and did not sleep in I checked out minutes after I checked in
