Pros:

The location and facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was great too.

Cons:

The AC turned off every time we went outside. There was no way to keep it running. The front desk had to reset or control it every evening which was a pain for me and for them.

The hotel is central to everything!

Cons:

The female restaurant manager needs ti go back to training ..her customer service was SHOCKING !
NEVER EVER EAT IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT .
THE ONLY SIDES YOU GET WITH YOUR MEAL IS NASTYNESS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM.,that tends to leave a bitter aftertaste in your mouth after your meal .chefs cant even cook a steak.
Go elsewhere to eat .so much more nicer places in amsterdam with a less kick to ypur wallet!

Angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, das Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, alles sehr frisch, das Brot war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber. Das Restaurant zum Abendessen ist auch sehr gut und die Preise sind angemessen.

Cons:

Leider wird nachdrücklich Grolsch Bier verkauft (was mir persönlich nicht schmeckt), erst nach mehrmaligem Nachdruck habe ich anderes erhalten. Der Kunde entscheidet was er will nicht das Restaurant.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was fabulous, the concierge A+ and overall service was terrific. I do want to mention Davide in the dining room. He was friendly attentive and made you feel very welcome. How lucky the hotel is to have a representative like Davide!

There were many wonderful things about our visit to the Park Plaza, Victoria. One that stands out the most, however, is the service of Davide during breakfast. Every morning he greeted us with a smile and a willingness to help in any way we can we almost felt like we were in his home. Please make note of the exceptionality of your employee, Davide.
