Family City Break.
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and we're able to leave our bags in left luggage whilst we went off exploring the city. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was lovely and catered for all needs.

Pleasant and met most requirements.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The front reception, lobby and bar were were modern and impressive. The staff were pleasant.

Cons:

The rooms did not meet the standard of the main hotel. They were dated, very dusty, and incorrect descriptions provided. We upgraded and were given false information about a balcony. You do not get water in the rooms. The rooms have an empty mini bar that cannot be filled by the hotel. Our room was a great walk away from the main lobby.

Cómodo hotel en Amsterdam
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado a metros de la estación central , así q es muy cómodo para llegar desde el aeropuerto. A la vuelta se toman los paseos en barco por los canales , esta cerca de todo para ir caminando. Es un hotel.muy grande , con excelente servicio de conserjería, q te asesoran muy bien. Tienen las camas más cómodas de todas ! El agua de la piscina cubierta está templada y para los días fríos estaría mejor más calentita.
