Начнём с того что отличное расположение отеля.
Очень классный вид мы брали номер с видом на канал.
Удобная кровати хорошее отопление даже приходилось вставлять окно открытым потому что было слишком жарко.
Save чайник всё есть полотенце меняют нет никаких нареканий или претензий. Идеально если вы планируете путешествовать на поезде в другие города просто лучшее расположение.
Потрясающе вкусные завтраки.
В лобби каждый день давали разные закуски или шампанское бесплатно.
Хороший спортзал и красивый бассейн отель сам по себе очень большой.

Cons:

Единственное в бассейне вода как на меня слишком холодная недостаточно высокой температуры воздуха в самом помещении для такой холодной воды. Во всём остальном нет никаких нареканий.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam; especially if arriving and leaving by train.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very friendly, available, professional, and very very helpful. Very quiet and comfortable.

Pros:

Perfect location opposite Amsterdam central station. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Really comfortable bed. Pool and sauna were a fantastic way to start the day, and the umbrella rental was a nice touch too! Room service was very reasonably priced at late/early hours.

Müşterilerine güvenmeyen, oda da şu bile yok. Su istedik, getirdiler ve hemen nakit para istediler. İlk defa böyle bir şey yaşıyorum. Oda numarası belli, yazarsınız, çıkışta ödenir.. Altın küpemi kaybettim , hiç bir şey yapmadılar..Müşterileri sadece para olarak görüp yardımcı olmuyorlar.. Odamızdan hiç memnun kalmadık, çok sıkıcı idi, zar zor değiştirdiler..

Pros:

The location was superb, rooms very quiet and beds so comfortable. The staff were lovely, especially in Vic's bar. The pool and sauna were great, and always quiet when we used them. We will definitely use this hotel again if we return to Amsterdam.

Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and delicious breakfast

Room facilities, large bath and shower, smart room - controlling curtains and aircon from bed, amazing customer service and fabulous breakfast

Cons:

Mini bar didnt have individual prices anywhere, just package prices
No instructions for coffee machine
Maids just walk in without knocking if you dobt realise to switch to do not disturb mode
