Que todo el tiempo el corredor estaba lleno de carros de limpeza al lado de la puerta de mi habitación. Una sensación de desorden antes de entrar a mi habitación que no me gustaba. Andar esquivando los carros de limpieza sin importar la hora, todo alrededor de mi habitacion. Honestamente esa pequeña cosa estropeó mi experiencia en el hotel. Tuve que pedir por favor que ordenen para poder caminar tranquilo por el corredor.
El resto, fue todo excelente.

I expected more for the price
Pros:

I wanted a hotel close to the station and it was perfect. We had a number of issues with the room which the staff quickly resolved.

Cons:

Hotels in Amsterdam are expensive, but I thought the hotel was way overpriced. We had to take two different elevators to get to our room which was a hassle.The room was basic.

Great Location
Pros:

Location was great, right across from the Centraal Station. The room was clean and we had a great view of the station and canals. Breakfast selection was great! Loved it.

Perfect location, everything perfect!
Pros:

The comfort features of the large room, the electronic control panel was simple to use and the blackout blinds VERY effective.Having 2 swivel chairs made looking out the window onto the canal and Centraal station entertaining. No noise, overall a great experience. So easy to use public transport and the river cruise dock is just behind the station.The staff were very helpful.

Absolutely no complaints!

It was fair
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very sparse and plain. Online photos do not provide an accurate depiction. Lighting controls are limited, unable to control lights individually which was annoying. Opted in for room cleaning but they did not show up until about 6pm and I was in the room after being gone all day. There was a lot of foot noise coming from the room directly above me, not sure if it was the guest or the lack of soundproofing. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.
