grootte van de kamer. badkamer goed

Cons:

bij aankomst twee grote verdorde struiken bloemen en sokken in kast. Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt hoewel beloofd Doorgezakte bank. Er liggen flesjes onder het bed, bah. in koelkast een 2 cm dikke ijslaag, bah. we werden na twee dagen uitgecheckt, terwijl we er vier geboekt hadden. Gordijn rechts kan niet open. kortom de gehele kamer verdient beter. ook de airco zit los.

Horrible. Disgusting. Uninhabitable.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were filthy! The room had not been swept and the bathroom not mopped. There were dirty wash cloths draped over the shower. The soap stand was not cleaned from previous dwellers and soap scum all over the countertop. There were entire hand prints all over the glass entry to the bedroom. Food fell out of the fold up bed when unfolded. The toilet was brown on the inside like it had never been cleaned, ever! The staff were not at all empathetic and did not offer apologies or to have the room cleaned while I was there after I complained. For shame on you hospitality!

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de l'aéroport de Tucson, plusieurs restaurants à côté dont le Sol Bar & Grill. La literie est très confortable ! Tout est propre. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon 😊
