Clean and very pleasant staff.

Cons:

We have stayed several times and the breakfast is always the same day in and day out. However one morning you ran out of sausage. Also people were complaining that your coffee machines was not work well. It gave me a hard time too.

Do not stay here. 24 hour Shuttle Service is not actually available.

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

The offered a 24 hour airport shuttle. They verified that the shuttle was available even after midnight, and stated I would need to call to order it. I cancelled another hotel and booked with them for this reason. My plane lands and I call at 12:15 am. The front desk assures me it's available but that the driver was busy for 5-10 minutes and then would get me.


30 minutes go by. The shuttle pick up is outside. Taxis came by about 30 min. apart.

I am sitting outside, alone. And it became clear there was no shuttle coming. I felt vulnerable waiting, so I look up the distance and decide I need to walk there.

I walk there. The shuttle is sitting in the parking lot. I get my keys. By this point it's after 1 am. I said to the front desk person that I wish she had told me the shuttle would not arrive. Rather than apologize, she said in a rude tone, "I told you he was busy." I reminded her she said for 5-10 minutes. " Yeah... he's busy." I pointed to my watch and said it had been over 45 minutes. If I had known, I would have grabbed a taxi.

This hotel should not be advertising something as available, confirming that it is, then saying it is when the shuttle is in fact not available. I had to walk, a woman alone, to the hotel in an area that sometimes did not have a sidewalk at 1 in the morning. If they had been honest and said it was not available, I would have booked another hotel.

My room was also at the very end, farthest from the main lobby. Multiple car alarms went off throughout the night and there were lots of construction noises early in the morning. This is not the place to go if you need to actually sleep. Or get service.
