Pros:

Great location,very clean facilities, friendly staffs,my daughter had special need for a step stool upon my request the stuff immediately provided the step stool for my daughter that was 100% service,we will be back soon .

Good choice within walking distance of event center
Pros:

Safe location, easy walking distance to the event center.

Cons:

The property was under a lobby renovation and they were doing their best to keep it cool with the temporary AC. The staff did great as there was a heat wave going on as well!

The hotel made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was convenient to the Blue Line and matcha.

Clean, well locatied, friendly staff.
Pros:

The rooms were amazingly clean. The lobby smelled amazing and Ms. Brenda was so friendly and accommodating. I will be staying here every time I visit Chicago. It’s located perfectly, not too far from downtown but also not in an area where it is congested and noisy. Walking distance form the united center. Totally recommend!
