Clean, well locatied, friendly staff.
Pros:

The rooms were amazingly clean. The lobby smelled amazing and Ms. Brenda was so friendly and accommodating. I will be staying here every time I visit Chicago. It’s located perfectly, not too far from downtown but also not in an area where it is congested and noisy. Walking distance form the united center. Totally recommend!

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect.

Clean, modern, accommodating!
Pros:

The on site restaurant and bar was beautiful and friendly and really elevated our short stay. Check in and the on site Starbucks machine was nice too.

Cons:

The $10 bottle of water. Seems unnecessary.

Decent location within Chicago for a hotel that was comfortable.
Pros:

The location was decent. We wish we were a little bit closer to downtown. It is right across from a hospital. You can save money on parking by not using their valet and parking in the hospital parking structure.

Cons:

There was one big detractor here. They pumped a scent into their lobby that was very strong and really set off my allergies. It took at least an hour of being out of the lobby for my headache and allergies to calm down. They need to turn down the strength of the scent and better yet, change it to be something that doesn’t set off allergies - a clean fresh scent or lemon, etc.

Pros:

The hotel is nice, clean and great location for what I needed.

Cons:

I would have given the hotel a 10, but the next morning I woke up to 2 fraudulent charges on my credit card from the hotel! One for $120 at 2:21am and a $60 one at 3:15 am. When checking out, I asked as to why someone tried to charge my card twice overnight and the receptionist just said she doesnt know. Thankfully the charges didnt go through!! But we wont be staying here again :(

room was clean and spacious. bed was comfortable. bathroom was clean and also spacious. was a little bit annoyed with the bathroom door though. overall good stay, close to united center (walking distance) and they also provide shuttle services
