Pros:

The hotel is nice, clean and great location for what I needed.

Cons:

I would have given the hotel a 10, but the next morning I woke up to 2 fraudulent charges on my credit card from the hotel! One for $120 at 2:21am and a $60 one at 3:15 am. When checking out, I asked as to why someone tried to charge my card twice overnight and the receptionist just said she doesnt know. Thankfully the charges didnt go through!! But we wont be staying here again :(

room was clean and spacious. bed was comfortable. bathroom was clean and also spacious. was a little bit annoyed with the bathroom door though. overall good stay, close to united center (walking distance) and they also provide shuttle services

Nearby United Center, shuttle and valet, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Friendly valet

Cons:

Only one shuttle and was told misinformation about it pickup spot. Bistro closing at 10pm- would’ve liked to have been open later.

Entrance was hard to find. Parking was lousy. Trash in the hallways. Valet parking was so slow we missed the first half our of the event we were there to attend. People in the next room were extremely loud.
