Pros:

Hotel Eyja is very clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to downtown. The room was perfect - rustic yet fully updated. The lounge areas are really cozy and inviting. Did not eat breakfast there, but could see (and smell) that it was very good. They offer complimentary coffee and tea, which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Nothing. It is a great spot!

Excellent location and friendly people
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff, the room was extremely clean. The hotel is the one of the stops for the attractions or tours in the city and 7-min away from the busy part of the city. Highly recommended.

Erinomainen asiakaspalvelu. Viihtyisä hotelli, siisti, hyvä aamupala. Tuoksuttomuudesta plussaa (tuoksuton huonesiivous ja tekstiilit) Ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja reilusti.

Cons:

Sijainti ei aivan keskustassa mutta vuokra-auton kanssa sijainti parempi kuin keskustahotellit.

Wonderful breakfast good location and nice staff.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and nice. We had to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating.

Cons:

The standard doubles are a bit tight on space.

Lovely homely atmosphere. Staff were all great and very helpful . Lovely independent hotel . Would recommend .

Didn’t always clean room when we asked , but a very small thing to us . In general a lovely stylish hotel with great service

Overall a comfortable stay in a great location not too far a walk from the centre of town.
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel, with very comfortable beds and linen. Great decor.

Cons:

There wasn't enough space to lay out a suitcase. Maybe use the desk for tea making facilities rather than having a separate console table for this as took up wall space so we couldn't lay out our suitcase.
