A great hotel with parking outside.
Pros:

The hotel has parking which is a big bonus in Reykjavik. It's a very short walk to the main sights in the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

The hotel has a nice vibe to it and it’s great having free parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was cold, and when we complained we were argued with which we didn’t appreciate given the fact we didn’t request a refund.

The room was nice but basic, but given its 4 stars it’s missing - basics.

We left after 1 night and moved. Not once did anyone ask why, offer to rectify or sort it. We explained we had left and nobody offered a solution. Very disappointed. Just a number. As long as we paid for stays that we didn’t even use - then they had no issue.

Never ever again.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The room was good - we had a lovely view. The bar downstairs was a nice addition and we had happy hours drinks which we enjoyed.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit lumpy

Amazing hotel in a great location!
Pros:

The room was spotless and had plenty of storage space with a surprise balcony and mountain view!
Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable
Friendly staff

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the hotel is well decorated. Hotel pickup is convenient.

Cons:

The room is little small for two people with larger luggage. Luggage storage for overnight is expensive.
