Pros:

Says WiFi but only a few rooms have it and they try to charge extra for the same size room that has WiFi. Plumbing is a huge issue, first room no hot water and when finally moved to another room hot water didn't make it to the shower. Slow if any response at blackouts. Maids very friendly and helpful - the rest of the staff useless, especially the manager. I would not recommend during the dry season! I won't go back there either

Pros:

Kumi is in a poorer part of Uganda and the hotel reflects that. It tries hard and was much improved from my last visit. Hot water consistently and lovely staff.
