Preis-Leistung ist super und wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Es gab Tee und Früchte bei der Ankunft. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich bei der Organisation unseres Tagesausflugs und beschaffte uns einen sehr netten englischsprachigen Führer. Auch sonst wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse warmherzig eingegangen. Ein traditionelles gutes Restaurant ist in nächster Nähe.

Cons:

Die Aussicht war nicht ganz so schön wie wir uns erhofft haben. Wahrscheinlich gibt es bessere und schlechtere Lagen der Zimmer.

The staff was very caring: they helped a lot with suggestions, navigation around the city and river tour. I forgor my t-shirt there and they arranged a delivery to another city in China. Which is very nice.

Breakfast was ok for China. Moreover, given we left early for the river tour, they prepared for us some fruits and sandwedges "to-go".

Cons:

The most disappointing thing was that "Mountain view" has a view on the wall of the nearby hotel. Yes, you can see the mountain if you come close to the window and look on your left. But this is not the view. We complained about that and got the refund.

Also the bathroom is a bit strange, since there is no proper toilet door - just a glass one.

The best stay possible in Guilin
Pros:

I’ve written quite a few reviews in the past but this is the first one where no matter what I write it won’t do the hotel and it’s staff justice as they are the best in any way possible. We loved everything, from the breakfasts to the room and location on a quiet and peaceful part of Guilin, but the people are the ones that made our stay into something that we will never forget. They organized everything for us, communicated well and promptly, ensured that we have enough time to see and experience everything we wanted to. And when our bank cards were blocked by our bank they actually made us dinner at 10 o’clock in the evening and payed for our taxi to the railway station the next day. The kindness of the staff is something that we will always remember. So, if you’re reading this and thinking about booking a room here, stop thinking and just book it. You won’t regret it.

We would recommend this beautiful hotel to any tourist wanting to see guilin
Pros:

Great little village to stay with easy walking distance to food. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Booked us a river cruise and arranged travel to the boat. Breakfast was very tasty and was freshly made by the owner. We were given fruit and juice on our arrival and when we arrived back from our river cruise.

Cons:

The bath was lovely view but the water was cold and too slow filling the bath.

Best staff that you could find, feels like home

Pros:

The host, both of them, spoke moderate english which is rare in these parts and also was very cooperative in letting us know local hotspots and logistics support whenever asked for. Quite helpful people. Nice cleab room.
