Guilin Bonjour Boutique Hotel- Free pick up service over 3 nights

I’ve written quite a few reviews in the past but this is the first one where no matter what I write it won’t do the hotel and it’s staff justice as they are the best in any way possible. We loved everything, from the breakfasts to the room and location on a quiet and peaceful part of Guilin, but the people are the ones that made our stay into something that we will never forget. They organized everything for us, communicated well and promptly, ensured that we have enough time to see and experience everything we wanted to. And when our bank cards were blocked by our bank they actually made us dinner at 10 o’clock in the evening and payed for our taxi to the railway station the next day. The kindness of the staff is something that we will always remember. So, if you’re reading this and thinking about booking a room here, stop thinking and just book it. You won’t regret it.

Very clean and spacious. Ideally located

Great little village to stay with easy walking distance to food. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Booked us a river cruise and arranged travel to the boat. Breakfast was very tasty and was freshly made by the owner. We were given fruit and juice on our arrival and when we arrived back from our river cruise.

It’s one of the best staff you could ever find! Help us all the way, helped to plan everything! Talked to taxi drivers, local people, organized a lot of trips ahead. Very helpful and generous staff.

The host, both of them, spoke moderate english which is rare in these parts and also was very cooperative in letting us know local hotspots and logistics support whenever asked for. Quite helpful people. Nice cleab room.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Sie haben mich hervorragend bei meiner Tages- und Reiseplanung unterstützt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ein schöner Start in den Tag. Mein Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und sehr angenehm – ich habe mich dort sofort wohlgefühlt.

Die Reed Flute Cave ist in einem entspannten Spaziergang von etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar. Bis in die Innenstadt dauert es zu Fuß rund 1,5 Stunden, mit dem Taxi jedoch nur 10–15 Minuten. Insgesamt ein wirklich sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Встретили нас в аэропорту, быстро доехали до локации, дорога заняла порядка 40 минут.
Отель расположен среди гор, виды просто невероятные!! Нас любезно разместили на 3 этаже, где у нас было два отельных номера рядом, личная гостиная зона отдельно и выход на крышу с полным обзором!
Великолепные завтраки, был выбор из нескольких вариантов, подавались они так, будто мы единственные гости, все с заботой, теплом и уютом.
Персонал отеля это невероятные люди, вообще было полное ощущение что мы в гостях у своих лучших друзей! Окружили теплом и заботой, реагировали на все просьбы, очень старались!
Мы много где были, но я такого радушия никогда не встречала!
Место откуда не хотелось уезжать!
У нас в номере была огромная ванная с панорамным видом на горы, и это невероятные ощущения .
Обязательно пользуйтесь услугой водителя, еще до приезда нам дали подробную информацию о всех локациях которые мы можем посетить, за целый день путешествия с водителем мы отдали всего 800 юаней, он заботливо провожал нас до всех локаций, помогал с покупкой билетов, рассказывал историю разных мест, в Яншо отвез нас в ресторан с невероятными видами и супер вкусной кухней, берите утку, самая вкусная утка в жизни только там!
Также, наша поездка выпала на наши дни рождения с мужем, персонал отеля приготовили нам сюрприз от которого я плакала! Это был не отель, это был дом друзей!
Учитывайте что это поселок, и там нет лакшери жизни, но мы ехали за другим, и получили гораздо больше чем ожидали!
Я не просто рекомендую вам посетить этот отель, я настоятельно советую!
Мы обязательно вернемся вновь!

年輕的民宿老闆們的服務真的太好了！幫我們檢查我們的行程、協助我們安排專業的包車服務（司機姜大哥不只是司機，更是專業的導遊！）每天早上還有豐盛的早餐，能夠住在這邊真的很安心很幸福唷

Het hotel is in een soort park met restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het is comfortabel, het personeel spreekt goed engels en ze helpen je met van alles. Zo kunnen ze de boot voor je boeken, maar hebben ze ook geholpen bij een simkaart

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la chambre très spacieuse, ainsi que la grande baignoire. La literie était très confortable. L’emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre ville, mais avec les applications de taxis cela se faisait très bien !

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la gentillesse et l’accueil de Meggie, qui nous a conseillé tout au long de notre séjour et nous a énormément aidé !

اعجبني المكان جدا من ناحية الموقع والنظافه والاطلاله والهدوء وطريقه الاستقبال .. الموظفتين في الاستقبال كانوا بشوشين للغايه وودودين معنا وساعدونا في التنقل والاستقبال والافطار كان جميل جدا اطلب الافطار الشرقي لانه يناسبنا افضل كمسلمين

The staff Is extremely helpful and friendly. They always answer any question and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located 15min from the center, easy to reach with any taxi. A great choice for your stay in Guilin.
