fantastic stay, close to everything and homey
Pros:

Wonderful stay at this house just steps from Centraal Station (super easy by train from the airport) and right in the middle of city centre Amsterdam. Every touch included to make you feel at home while exploring the city. Roomy and comfortable, warm welcome and easy to work with David. New tech laundry just around the corner along with oodles of food choices and major tourist sites. Quiet, super walkable, right on a canal with great people/boat watching right out the door.

Pros:

Very well located and easy to get to walking from the Central train station. Very clean but its really a guesthouse not a hotel. At an older age climbing “dutch” stairs with luggage can be tricky. Definitely recommended.

Era la primera vez que visitamos Amsterdam y la expectativa era grande. Excelente el anfitrión David, que nos orientó con respecto a lugares de Amsterdam, muy amable y divertido. La ubicación es extraordinaria ya que está frente a un canal muy importante, con una vista plena al mismo y muy tranquilo a la noche. Es excelente el doble vidriado de la unidad. Todo lo prometido está.

Volver no nos gustó jajajaja pero vamos a regresar.

Excellent location- room was exactly what we were looking for, kettle for coffee/tea. Very close to station and walkable to cruise terminal also. A little attention required on the overhead light.

location was excellent 5 mins walk from central station 3 mins walk from red light district 10mins walk to middle of town bed was best bed we've had away from home
David was lovely on arrival

Doorway was a bit tricky to locate as no real visable sign to see which door it is very small label on doorbell,says locker to leave cases in if your early or after you check out but were only offered to leave them on the landing outside the room we were going to be in as previous guests were not yet checked out(why score is only 8)
