Nice view and Very good customer service.
Otelin konumu çok iyi eğer piramit manzaranız olsun ve Grand Egyptian museum gezmek istiyorsanız. Personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Odamızın piramit manzarası inanılmaz güzeldi. Otel malesef bizim anladığımız 5 yıldız standartlarında değil. Çok geniş ve ferah olmasına rağmen malesef halıların çok uzun zamandır yıkandığını düşünmüyorum. Otel çok uzun zamandır yenilenmemiş, mobilya malzeme kalitesi vasat altıydı, banyo ışığını açmaya çalışırken priz elimizde kaldı. Televizyon kanalları çekmiyordu, minibar çalışmıyordu (aradık ve düzeltildi). Buna rağmen banyo güzel ve temizdi. Nevresimler de temizdi, yatak çok rahattı.

الصرف الصحي لغرفة 2605 كان خربان والثلاجات لا تبرد ولم يوضع اي من السليبرات او فرشاة أسنان ومعجون وباقي الأغراض التي يجب أن تكون في الفنادق هناك اهمال في حق الضيف والإضاءة كانت لا تعمل والسرير لم يكن مريح والفوط لم تتجدد
We loved the breakfast and the pool!
The shower did not have a consistent water temperature and went from very hot to very cold which made it quite uncomfortable. While it is close to the museum, you still need to uber there since the road is split by an inch median.
Just great! Opposite the museum, wake up to view of the Pyramids, pool great, food and service excellent.
But: Wi-fi is awful! Did get me annoyed but reception always sorted it - would still go back!!

Wir hatten kleines Wasserleck, wurde direkt behoben, insgesamter Eindruck scheint in die Jahre zu kommen
The entire experience was exceptional and our anniversary stay was made memorable and happy. Mr Ali Ahmed and staff was very helpful and the support staff ensured we were well taken care of.
The parking situation was not as expected but I was told its temporary.
Love these people! Very friendly.
