Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo

I had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Pyramids. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent throughout my visit.
A special thank you to Khairy and his amazing team at the pool for their great efforts, kindness, and professionalism. They always made sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their time, and their positive attitude truly made the experience even better.
Thank you all for the warm hospitality — I would definitely love to visit again!

Our CARAVAN Egypt Journey group stayed here. This is an exceptional hotel, in a breathtaking location (overlooking the Giza Pyramids), with outstanding staff! It couldn't not have been more perfect. The restaurant staff were par excellence, as was the food. All was truly magnificent! It was an oasis in the desert.

First, there are lovely, efficient receptionist Ganna and guest relations, Caroline who welcome you into the Steinberger Pyramids Hotel as if it is yours. Then every wish is granted. I needed hair oil from Egypt and Caroline not only sent me photos, she called and had it delivered. 25 Egyptian pounds ... The room cleaning and maintenance staff were very sensitive and caring. Grateful! Best of all the general manager gave the early arrivals of our group an upgrade. We didn't have to change rooms! I even had leftover food from outside warmed up! The jewelry merchants at the front are empathetic and patient. Everyone here that I came across was sincerely interested in what and how we were doing. I will treasure this experience and whole area forever! The breakfasts are too delicious ro write about ❤️! The weather was perfect too, and we could control the air-conditioning in the room... we had it turned off in the conference room ...ha ha. What else can I say except, .. oh yes! You opened my heart deeply, , I felt safe, supported, and I allowed myself to expand my trust to all of humanity ... in that Egyptian spirit 🙏 : Welcome back home

Meals good

This is my third visit to the Steigenberger Pyramids, and I will definitely return. The hotel is attractive in every way, and the renovations and attention to detail are truly commendable. Thank you to the hotel management and the courteous waitstaff for the warm welcome and attention. Special praise goes to the creative and talented Hani, the room attendant, for his attentiveness, care, and smile. I was lucky to meet him. I will definitely return someday.

The hotel was in the perfect location for the main sights.
The pool area was really relaxing after a hard day’s sightseeing.
