Good value for money if you want to be close to Museum and Pyramids.
Pros:

The hotel is about a 50-minute drive from the airport and located directly in front of the museum. However, since the road cannot be crossed on foot, you need to either take a taxi or use the hotel transfer service to access the museum.

The room had a beautiful view of the pyramids, which made the stay very special. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

The hotel feels a bit outdated and is definitely not very modern. The rooms are basic for a 5-star property and nothing particularly special. Bathroom amenities were minimal, and even basic items like toothbrushes were not provided.

The biggest disappointment was the food at the pool bar. I got sick after eating the seafood spaghetti, which was very bland and not tasty at all. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so you are mostly dependent on the hotel restaurants.

We also ordered meze, which was disappointing. The pita bread was served cold, and when we asked for it to be warmed up, it seemed like it had been microwaved, giving it a strange texture and still not very pleasant to eat. The pizza also did not taste like it came from a proper pizza oven.

I would not recommend the pool bar restaurant. Another downside is that you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel — you need a car or taxi for everything.

Pros:

Les chambres sont top, bien merci que l’extérieur de l’hôtel, un peu déçu par l’extérieur et le jardin, certaines personnes du personnel ont l’air vraiment excédée.. Mais sinon la chambre est top.

Nice place on the perfect location
Pros:

Location is amazing, set-up is great. Nice pool area.
Service is great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Prices for food and beverages are good.

Cons:

Choice on the menu (not many Egyptian options).
Drinks not really drinks....but okay its Egypt and understandable.

Jó helyen van, de a szobát ellenőrizni kell a hekölzözés előtt.

Cons:

A de luxe piramisokra néző szoba egy lepukkant zajos emeletes házra nézett, szemben egy szutykos galambtenyésztő lakott. Oldalról az erkélyen a hàztetők fölött láthattuk a piramisokat. A szoba klímát nem lehetett állítani, zajos volt és jéghideg. Az erkélyajtót viszont nem lehetett kinyitni, mert a külső klímák is iszonyúan zúgtak.

Qualität der Matratzen, Bettengröße

Cons:

Ich bekam nach den unsäglichen Verhältnissen am Airport nicht das gebuchte Deluxe Zimmer mit Pyramidenblick. Dies wurde einen Tag später korrigiert. Bei 4 Übernachtungen - übel, zumal das zugewiesene Zimmer direkt an einer 6spurigen Hauptverkehrsader lag.
Unfreundlichkeit der Mehrheit des Personals.
Willkommenskultur sieht anders aus !

Excellent location, very friendly staff, a good breakfast, and a beautiful pool.
Pros:

this hotel is perfectly located right across the street of the new Grand Egyptian Museum. Only a few minutes away from the famous pyramids of Giza. Most important, it has a quite nice pool and very friendly stuff. Especially we want to name Caroline from guest relations, who gave us each morning a welcomed and warm feeling and asked what she could do for us, we felt much appreciated. Also the towel guys at the pool, the bar stuff, the morning crew: they are all very amazing and friendly. We also liked the breakfast with its great variety of food. If we ever come back, we would consider this hotel again

There’s really nothing to complain about in this hotel, except that the bathroom smelled a little musty.

Enjoyable stay like my previous one but the final point was completely not professional as I expect.
Pros:

The location, the dinning area , breakfast, clean rooms and quiet atmosphere.

Cons:

At check out. Requesting help to transfer luggages to car was ignored. Long time to check out.
