Pros:

Perfecte ligging tegenover het nieuwe GEM museum en vlak bij de pyramides

Cons:

Het hotel ligt aan de rand van Cairo wat prima is maar er zijn in de buurt zijn geen andere restaurants terwijl het hotel alleen een buffetrestaurant. A la carte eten kan 's-avonds alleen buiten bij het poolrestaurantje. Ze hebben binnen volgens mij plek voldoende om een restaurant er bij te creëren.

Great stay with excellent service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung
Pros:

Wir hatten einen schwierigen Start in Ägypten und sind in ein unschönes Hotel untergebracht worden. Wir haben dann umgebucht in das Steigenberger Hotel. Da lagen Welten dazwischen. Das Person war mega freundlich, sind herzlich empfangen worden und hatten ein total schönes Zimmer. Check-In dauerte keine 10 Minuten (im anderen Hotel 2,5 Stunden) und Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt. Besonders hervor zu heben ist die Caroline von der Gästebetreuung. Sie war jederzeit ansprechbar über WhatsApp und hat sofort geholfen wenn es Verständigungsprobleme gab. Alles in allem eine 10 von 10. Jederzeit wieder.

Amazing Vacation
Pros:

That place was amazing, seriously one of the most beautiful spots we've ever stayed at. Everyone, from the gate guard to the receptionists and chefs, greeted us with a smile. They were all super welcoming and really wanted us to have a good time. The food was incredible too, with so much to choose from. A big shoutout to Caroline and the receptionists for helping us with everything. Oh, and the view was absolutely stunning, watching the sunrise over the pyramids was just wonderful.
