Location was perfect to get to the airport. Having a free shuttle to the airport was a plus. Breakfast was ok. Restaurants were within walking distance from the hotel. The hotels in the area catered to people flying in or out of Chicago. The staff were helpful.

Very disappointed that when I asked for housekeeping, they said they only do it every other day. I had a medical issue where I had to stay in the room for 24 hours due to a flu like symptom and asked for the room that she needs to be changed and they were like we don’t have housekeeping today, which was ridiculous. They ended up doing it, but it was a big deal. Very disappointed in that.
The location of the hotel from midway airport was very good. I also enjoyed the gym it was well equipped and clean.
I did like the comfort of the room but I realized after being in the room that it was located close to the street and some days the noise from the street was very loud.

Breakfast could have been better. More variety. Sausage had no flavor and were barely warm. Overall I have found that the quality at Hampton inn hotels has gone down over the last few years

Upon entering the hotel, the young woman at the check-in desk was very friendly. However, when we entered the room—which looked fine at first glance—we discovered that there was no soap in the bathroom; the bottles were empty. I had a reservation for a three-day stay, but we only stayed for two days because, on the following day, no one came by to clean or ensure that the shower towels were replaced. I feel that the price was far too high given the poor quality. I also requested a refund for the day I would not be staying—Sunday night through Monday morning—since I did not use the room, but I was told that this was not possible; I did not think that was fair. In short, the quality was very poor relative to the high price. Furthermore, during breakfast on Saturday, there was a hair in the scrambled eggs.
They refused to refund my money because I had booked through Booking.
