Amazing hotel
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, very clean and cozy, close to the metro and the activities around.
The staff were exceptionally professional and always helpful with everything. I highly recommend them.

Great stay and value for your money. The staff are great
Pros:

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and they are always very nice, the facilities are great and they even offered me an upgrade

Cons:

The breakfast is ok the only bad thing is the coffee

Відмінний готель за номером і їжею, але персонал псує враження
Pros:

Номер був дуже чистий і теплий, ліжко зручне. Є велика плазма. У наявності чайник, кава, вершки, чай і вода. Усі меблі нові та в гарному стані. Сніданки просто чудові - їх обов’язково варто брати.

Cons:

Тут усе суворо: забороняти та контролювати — головна місія персоналу. Селфі в лобі робити не можна - влаштували мені публічні розбірки, друга на поверх не пустили, кур’єру з доставкою їжі підніматися заборонили - довелося спускатися самому. На сніданках постійно перевіряють номер кімнати. Складається враження, що персонал більше зосереджений на правилах, ніж на комфорті гостей. Спілкування максимально формальне, без особливої уваги до клієнта, тому краще з персоналом зайвий раз не взаємодіяти — буде спокійніше.
