Przytulny, klimatyczny hotel w świetnej lokalizacji
Pros:

Gorąco polecam Hotel Frantz. Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna- blisko metra i starówki. Poziom obsługi oraz ogólna atmosfera sprawiły, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Na szczególną uwagę zasługują PRZEPYSZNE zróżnicowane śniadania. Rzadko zwracam na to uwagę ale w tym przypadku posiłki i atmosfera w restauracji były wyjątkowe. Pokoje malutkie, ale na krótki wyjazd wystarczające

Ambivalent- gerne jederzeit das herrliche Frühstück, aber nicht mehr als Übernachtung

Insgesamt ambivalenter Eindruck, da einerseits ein gut gelegenes, in einem schönen alten Gebäude mit geschmackvollen Details ausgestattetes Hotel mit überragendem Frühstück…

Cons:

… andererseits erhielten wir für 4 Übernachtungen ein winziges Zimmer ohne Schrank. Man konnte kaum um das (herrlich bequeme) Bett herumlaufen oder die Koffer verstauen. Das Reinigungspersonal muss als Qualifikation wohl auf der Artistenschule gewesen sein und verdient für seine tägliche Arbeit dort höchsten Respekt!
Weder die fehlende Größe des Zimmers noch die aktuell vorhandene Baustelle im Haus wurden vorher erwähnt und das Personal zeigte anfänglich wenig Bereitschaft, diesen Mangel anzuerkennen. Die später angebotene Kompensation mit Nachlass auf ein Abendessen im Hotel war eher hilflos als adäquat- schade!

Pros:

Tyckte att för den pengen jag betalade (nästan 4k) så borde man få ett bättre och större rum än längst in på vindsvåningen under renovering och utan hiss. Det som var enastående var dock frukosten, den var ren magi.

Pros:

Rummet var jättefint och personalen var helt fantastisk! Även frukosten var mycket bra med allt man kan önska sig. Sov jättegott i sängen som var gigantisk och jätte bekväm.

Cons:

Rummet var väldigt litet trots priset. Det kändes heller inte jättefräscht med duschdraperier på ett hotell som kostade så mycket som det här gjorde. Duschdraperierna kändes väldigt ofräscha.
