Excellent rooms, spacious and clean.
Pros:

It’s spacious! The rooms are very clean and I enjoy the bath tub

Cons:

It’s abit away from central but traveling around in Taipei is very convenient, so not much of an issue.

Convenient location, very clean hotel with amazing services. will stay here again on my next trip to taipei
Pros:

cleanliness is superb, location is also 5min walk away from the nearest mrt station and is literally 10-15mins from all the popular places, staffs service were also amazing

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Modern rooms. Fantastic shower. Great location 5 minutes to MRT (green line) and the best vegetarian restaurant (Yang Shin Vegetarian Restaurant). Really loved the water dispenser in the room for instant hot and cold filtered water, no plastic bottles or yucky kettle.

It was a very good stay.
Pros:

Very good location.
Friendly and helpful staff.
A good bathroom.
Excellent room cleaning, even in the afternoon.
Close to some good vegetarian restaurants for the evening.

Cons:

The food at breakfast was not labelled, so it was difficult to know which dishes were suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Pros:

進入大廳，準備住房報到時，馬上受到櫃檯一位翁小姐熱情接待，備感親切。夜間出門，也是一位櫃檯劉小姐幫忙備傘，讓我們感動萬分！住過千百間飯店，櫃檯工作人員難得有如此噓寒問暖的服務！

退房前，剛好有機會和翁小姐分享連住多日的心得，提供幾個建議給飯店參考：
1. 浴室牆壁需有安全扶手的安裝，以確保住房客安全。
2. 浴室掛勾需增加，以利浴巾吊掛。
3. 增加浴室小椅和小勺子，安全又省水。

期待下次再入住溫馨的旅店！祝福旅店生意興隆！

Cons:

飲水機太迷你，建議開設每一層樓架設飲水機，房間內提供水壺直接取用，比較實用。

Disappointing service for a 4-star hotel
Pros:

The location of Parkview Taipei is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city.

Cons:

We had a mixed experience at Parkview Taipei and, to be honest, were expecting more from a 4-star establishment.
While the hotel itself is fine, the service was disappointing and didn't feel welcoming. For example, there are no automatic doors at the entrance, which makes it quite difficult when you are traveling with a stroller. We often had to struggle with the doors ourselves without any assistance from the staff.
Furthermore, when we had a question regarding a charge on our account during check-in, the staff was not helpful at all. Instead of looking into it, we were simply handed a business card and told to send an email. This is not the level of service or problem-solving we expect at check-in.
Although we were two guests and a baby, they only provided one Coke per day. There was also beer, but since we don't drink alcohol, it felt even more poorly balanced for two people.
Overall, it was a mediocre stay due to the lack of hospitality and service-oriented thinking.

Staff is exceptional… zany , jasmine and max .. they are helpful and response fast .

Breakfast was disappointing for the price . Sometime breakfast can make or break a decision to stay .

Pros:

Clean and modern hotel, the room was elegant and comfortable. Location is good and the breakfast, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

A small gripe and perhaps a personal preference only, but I would like the toilette had a door to separate it form the bathroom.
