Excellent boutique hotel
Pros:

Loved the modern and practical rooms - comfortable mattress, brand new furnishings. Staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety at the cooked-to-order station. Excellent location, about 4-5 minutes away from the MRT.

We would stay here again. It was a perfect place to stay for 4 nights!
Pros:

The staff made the experience exceptional from the moment we arrived. The woman who checked us in (I believe her name was Yani?) was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for our stay — truly some of the best customer service we experienced during our trip. The breakfast staff were also friendly and very efficient, and the breakfast buffet itself was great. We also loved the location — the hotel is centrally located with easy access to several public transit options, which made getting around Taipei incredibly convenient. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

I got my room at a discount rate so hard to say if at full rate my scores would change
