Staff is exceptional… zany , jasmine and max .. they are helpful and response fast .

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing for the price . Sometime breakfast can make or break a decision to stay .

Pros:

Clean and modern hotel, the room was elegant and comfortable. Location is good and the breakfast, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

A small gripe and perhaps a personal preference only, but I would like the toilette had a door to separate it form the bathroom.

Most professional, friendly experience with first class comfort.
Pros:

Incredible attention to detail, with super friendly service. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean and large, and the facilities were really good. The staff were incredibly helpful for all our requests. Top tier experience in Taipei!

Pros:

Hotel is at excellent location , super close to Subway and all major attractions. The room itself is Super clean and comfortable . Staff is nice . One of the best one I have stayed in Taipei .
