Great Experience at Hotel Pin.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a marvelous part of Eastern Taiwan. Great spot from which to explore this beautiful part of the island. Totally comfortable, clean and with lovely, lovely professional staff. Most elaborate breakfast buffet that we had in all of Taiwan. Only downside is that the restaurant does not serve dinner, but there's several options and convenience stores within a block or two. 10/10. Thank you all of the staff at PIN for being so kind and patient with us!

距離鬧區也很近，
辦理入住後的迎賓點心、
晚上20:00後的宵夜點心，
讓小孩玩玩spa區跟遊戲區後肚子餓可以享用，真的很棒，下次到礁溪玩，還會選擇品文旅👍

Pros:

一切都很優，乾淨，舒適，還有氣泡水，唯獨下列幾點事項，請予改善，感恩！
1.泳池區的浴室門鎖很難開關，幾次用力開關後手指頭被割傷了。
2.房間冰箱飲料架脫落，影響冰箱門開關
3.被單有污漬（一條黃色痕跡）
4.希望房間有保險箱置物櫃。

非常好！值得入住
Pros:

酒店環境舒適，設備新簇。有下午茶和宵夜提供。酒店步行至市中心需10至15分鐘，在酒店 call車有點難，但酒店職員很友善，幫忙 call車。

這間是值得入住的飯店。

訂了兩間房，從礁溪車站有接駁車很方便，每位服務人員都很親切，下午提供豆花很好吃，遊樂設施跟游泳池很不錯，小孩們很喜歡。
房間隔音還不錯～也有溫泉池可以泡很舒適。
唯一的缺點是⋯房間天花板無敵髒！灰塵很多！讓我連續兩天瘋狂流鼻涕！

床鋪軟硬適中，很舒適！
每層樓還有氣泡水的飲水機。
唯一覺得希望改善是淋浴處的浴簾，防水不佳，淋浴完，洗手台處地面就會很濕！

整體住宿的經驗很棒, 唯一有個建議是希望游泳池可以早點開放, 早上11點就要退房的情況下, 早上9點才開放使用游泳池有點太晚, 建議可以提早到早上8點開放。
