Cons:

整體住宿體驗不如預期。以這樣的房價來說，房間空間偏小，行李箱打開後走動相當不方便；下午及晚間提供的小點心雖標示為簡單小點，但品質也未達到與房價相符的期待。整體而言，覺得住宿品質與價格之間仍有落差。

晚點心雖然有說明是簡單的小點，但以原價一萬多元打折後8千的房價來看，品質與精緻度實在令人失望。所謂「簡單」可以是份量簡單、種類簡單，但不應該等同於料理品質可以隨便。尤其下午點心與晚點心都是住宿體驗的一部分，這部分確實沒有達到與房價相符的水準。
房間內的走道空間偏小，行李箱一旦攤開，幾乎就沒有足夠的走動空間。對於住宿一晚以上、需要攤開行李整理物品的旅客來說，使用上確實比較不方便。以這樣的房價而言，房間的空間配置仍有改善的空間。

飯店離礁溪市區開車大約3分鐘，交通很方便。飯店內有 SPA，可以讓疲累的身體好好放鬆；遊戲室也有很多遊戲可以玩，而且全部免費，入住期間很適合休閒娛樂。
Pros:

飯店提供免費下午茶和宵夜，這點很加分。房間內還可以泡湯，不用另外跑到公共湯池，每間房間都有除溫機佷棒，走廊有氣泡水開飲機，房間很多插孔，廁所和浴室乾溼分離很優秀，整體住宿體驗很舒服。房務人員打掃得很乾淨非常用心，讓人住起來很安心。

如果桌面空間和收納設計能再改善一些，整體住宿體驗會更加完善。整體而言，還是一間很適合來礁溪放鬆度假的飯店。

Cons:

整體來說各方面都很不錯，唯一比較可惜的是房間的桌子太小，如果有買外食回來吃，會比較不方便；另外房間沒有衣櫃，衣物和行李比較沒有適合收納的地方。
