Great location, very quiet
Pros:

I booked a room offering a view of the bay upstairs and ended up on the 1st floor looking at the street.

Cons:

Service at the bar and restaurant were both slow. A lot of standing around and socializing while customers waited.

Fantastic stay and made to feel extra special!
Pros:

Excellent customer service and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and clean and comfortable. We were also upgraded to a higher level room for a better view - amazing views despite the poor weather. We also had a tray of treats and a birthday card in our room as we were staying for my wife's birthday.

We used their valet parking service - though costly, it seems to be the rate for Akl CBD. I also really liked the fact that they took a video recording of our car before taking it to be parked... and we had complimentary water bottles in our car was returned to us before leaving. That's certainly going the extra mile!

I had also left a jersey in the reception when we checked out and was contacted to arrange for a pick up.

I can't speak highly enough of the M Social team. Looking forward to seeing you again in future.

Cons:

One downfall was the buffet breakfast, though decent enough, it left a bit to be desired - they ran out of hot water for tea and when I informed the staff member, I didn't feel like there was much urgency in getting this rectified. More options for the buffet would also have been better.

Pros:

Great breakfast. Loved the variety and healthiness.

Cons:

Long-life milk makes hot drinks far less enjoyable.
Lack of decaffeinated instant coffee in selection.
General lack of sufficient hot drink ingredients including natural sugar. If one is staying more than one day, and one is trying to help by not having room serviced, the inevitable result is one can't make the hot drinks one desires.

Pros:

Très bien situé et un bon rapport qualité prix 👍🏻
La chambre est suffisamment grande et sa large fenêtre sur le port est appréciable. Mais il vaut mieux choisir une chambre aux étages 12 ou 11 pour vraiment en profiter. Le supplément vaut la peine.
Le restaurant est bon. Les produits sont frais et bien cuisinés.
Le personnel est attentif et serviable.
L’établissement mérite largement son trophée chez trip ad visor (mais oui je sais que ça ne s’écrit pas comme ça 😂

Wonderful place to stay in Auckland.
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, from giving us an early check in to putting us in a room with a great view. The complimentary valet parking was greatly appreciated, as were the bottles of water in the car upon our departure. Very comfortable room with great toiletries, water, and other amenities. Bar and restaurant were also very good. Nice workout room as well. In a great location with many excellent restaurants nearby.
