Short and sweet stay
Pros:

Some small details we noticed: electric kettle is empty with water. Coffee machine is filled with water and ready to go. There is a personalised card giving us a feel of a warm welcome. Room is clean and cozy. It’s one of the best experiences. We will come back. Thank you.

Fantastic choice for downtown Auckland!
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights at the M Social hotel. Great location, comfortable room, impressive views of the harbor, fantastic staff. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay! Adam even called me right after I booked to confirm the type of room I wanted and called us during the stay to check and see how we were doing. We'll definitely stay here again if we're back in Auckland.

You need to try this buffet breakfast experience
Pros:

The location is so easy to get to. Park at the Downtown Carpark and walk down. The sitting area, ambiance and atmosphere is comfortable, sunny, calm and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. All your favourite buffet food items are available. I will definately be back.

Brilliant with one niggle
Pros:

Very pleasant staff always eager to please. Smart hotel. Very soft beds. Good location. Excellent food. One niggle….the “hot”water for tea making at breakfast was at best warm. On both mornings we had to get properly hot water delivered to make drinks for our table. This was as ever very willingly and promptly supplied but I suggest the management fix this.
