Wondeful location, great room, would stay there again!
Pros:

Thank you for the room upgrade. The staff were friendly and helpful, room had everything needed for a short stay, comfy bed and fantastic location! We would stay with MSocial again.

Cons:

Only one minor thing was the check in was a little confusing however with two major cruise ship passengers trying to check in, makes sense the reception area was crowded on arrival.

Expensive room and breakfast. Hotel seemed dated from pics on the internet.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Helpful bell boys. Good views.

Cons:

Carpet in room was frayed and coming up causing a safety hazard. Room was like an oven, told front desk. Expensive continental breakfast. Room cleaning could have been better. Surprised the room seamed ‘dated’ and not like the pictures on the Internet.

Beautifully presented rooms, great service
Pros:

Staff were amazing, so friendly and went over the top to make my 6 year old niece even happier. Always gave her a wave and said hello! Rooms were beautiful.

Cons:

That the wall slice open to the bathroom but no way to lock it. Found weird as with a child it could easily become a joke to randomly open while you are on the toilet or having a shower.

Ideales Hotel für alle Unternehmungen in Auckland
Pros:

Tolle Lage des Hotels, direkt an der Waterfront, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, sowohl die Fähren als auch die Restaurants und Pubs. Unser Zimmer war toll, mit Sofa vor dem Fenster und Blick aufs Wasser, trotzdem aber ruhig.
Sehr nettes Personal, der Concierge war sehr eifrig mit Empfehlungen zur Freizeitgestaltung. Es gibt auch eine nette Bar mit Sicht nach draussen. Empfehlenswert!

Excellent location. Bright airy rooms. Extremely obliging staff.
Pros:

The view of the harbor from our room was great. The location was excellent. It was right opposite the ferry terminal and in the center of all the wharfside restaurants.

Everything was great. No complaints.

Location in Auckland is great! A bit noisy in the room though.
Pros:

The views were amazing. I got the “loaded” package, which included a charcuterie board and a bottle of wine, either in the bar or taken in your room. Was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and room was a reasonable size. Location is the main winner. Right on the viaduct. Lots around with a good atmosphere.

Cons:

Noise from above room and the one next door was a bit annoying. Could hear their voices and the tv. Also no streaming services on the tv which was a surprise for a modern hotel. They did have complimentary movies though.
Air conditioning in the room quite loud. Spontaneously turned off at 4am and then stuttered on and off a few times. Enough to wake me.

Chic hotel right across the harbour
Pros:

Great location right across the ferry terminal, most convenient for catching ferry to Waiheke. Friendly reception and housekeeping crew. Clean. Modern design, bright and cheerful. Music was playing to welcome us in the room!

Cons:

Plastic bottled water best to be replaced with glass/can. Price tags displayed everywhere in the room.
