Pros:

Location was really good, friendly staff

Cons:

We came back to our room at 4pm and it still hadn't been cleaned and when they did come back to clean it they never gave us clean cups the old ones were still left in the room which was disappointing.

Fabulous Stay
Pros:

Location was perfect. The hotel buffet breakfast was literally as good as I've ever seen. Loved how fast the lifts were. Staff were super friendly. Views of the water from 11th floor are fabulous

Pros:

Location was excellent. very impressed with the room, layout, decor, comfort and amenities. Loved the view. All staff were very friendly and helpful, from the desks staff, barman, restaurant staff and house keepers. We were very impressed with all of our MSocial experience.
