There was some party on downstairs. Incredibly noisy, it sounded like it was in the room. I would have like to have been told when I booked, that way, I could have organised something else. For $300 a night I expected more

Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

We were disappointed that the 2% surcharge for credit card payments was not made clear to us in advance. Additionally, basic amenities, such as a dental kit, were only available upon request. Although I requested one, it was never delivered to our room. These issues could be improved to provide a more convenient and pleasant guest experience.

Great location with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Service and breakfast needs improvement.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Beds very comfortable and room size was good. Good quality bathroom products and eco friendly using the refills. Bags taken to room after being dropped at early arrival.

Cons:

Staff were a bit Indifferent and disorganised. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Towels not changed when asked.
Breakfast buffet not great range and quality and very expensive for what it was. Staff at breakfast disorganised and not great with service.

Great stay.
Pros:
