Top quality, friendly hotel in a convenient location.
Pros:

Great location convenient for ferries, trains, bars, restaurants etc. Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and robot room service! Beautiful view from room. Good breakfast as well.

Cons:

To be very picky, the shower pressure wasn't great and it would be nice to have barista coffee included with the breakfast buffet...

Pros:

Good size rooms, super comfortable bed, would love to get one for home! Great view

Cons:

No robes! Robes are so bulky to travel with, so it's always nice to relax in a fluffy robe before heading out for dinner
