It was a very clean and compact hotel, located in the quiet and traditional area. It would be much better if the staff can speak some English.
The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially the front desk receptionist named Yuan Chao, he was the only person who could speak English at the front desk. He helped us with everything we needed and even directed to some food spot. The hotel was clean and provided with all the amenities we need. However, when we booked the hotel, Expedia said that the room was for four person but it was actually for two. Overall, we had a really good experience. Would highly recommend.
The hotel is great! Very good conditions, modern and clean. The breakfast is good.
However, even though the staff try to be gentle, sometimes they did not solve the problems. The wifi didnt work during our stay of 4 days and was very frustrating. Also, only one person speaks English.
This hotel is not located on the map where it shows on hotels.com. Unfortunately it is about 2km away from where we thought it was. For this reason, we were not very happy at all... other than that. Staff were amazing. Very clean and comfy rooms. Just a shame to have spent all that money on taxis.
Very nice and very clean
La información de la página es una estafa. Las fotos no se corresponden con el hotel. Solo hablan chino. Pedimos una habitación para 2 adultos y dos niños y nos dieron una habitación de una sola cama. Es un timo
Excellent and empathetic service
My room bookings were messed up by Expedia and the hotel was so kind to give us a room
Clean hotel, comfy bed and good shower. Staff used a translator to help address questions and needs.
It was clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my view as I could see the neighbors pigeons in the evening one I raise white homing pigeons.
The hotel Is brand new spottlesly clean and the staff went well out of their way to help us in a my way.
The location and is very good within walking distance from the forbidden city
Hotel could not find booking. Waited for hours and then paid again to the hotel. No one speaks a word of English.
Staff was very helpful even though they did not speak English
Great location and service, 5 min walk to the subway. We will stay here again.
I made a reservation through Expedia and by the time I got to the hotel, the staff could not find my reservation and I had to stay 2 hours trying to translate what we really wanted. Other than that, the hotel was fine.
Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Location was convenient - only a few blocks to the subway. Close to a market and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.
직원들이 친절하며 여행에 많은 도움을 받았습니다
The front desk was opened 24/7 and they were very friendly and willing to help you especially providing you with directions to wherever you wanted to go. The hotel also offers free supper and laundry services. All staff members were very polite and helpful.
We went to Beijing for a wedding being held in a 5* hotel in the Financial District (unfortunately out of our budget to stay in), so we chose this one for it's proximity to that, and because of the good price for what seemed to be a nice hotel.
We were a bit nervous as there weren't too many reviews for this property and it seemed too good to be true...but i'm happy to report that i absolutely loved the hotel.
Seems new and well decorated, super clean and modern, the room was large with a big double bed, strong shower and plenty of space - even a sofa. Young staff, free in room wifi.
Improvements: English level of the staff. This isn't a big deal for me as i speak a bit of Chinese but at check in, they had to find the one guy who had some English skills, but even then they thought my passport was out of date (they were pointing at the issue date), also my visa was too old (flip the pages to see the current one), and even with the Hotels.com booking print, they gave us 1 key and said 'enjoy your stay'...to which we then pointed out we had booked two rooms.
But none of that was done with any malice, or rudeness. They were very polite and friendly. An oddity was though - they didn't take a credit card for deposit, nor did they for our third friend who check in the next day and had booked via another site. I mean no worries for me but it's normal practise to protect themselves!
Tip: To pick up a cab or Didi/Uber, walk the 20m to the left of the hotel to the main road!
