バス停、駅、夜市、コンビニ、スーパーが近くなこと。松山駅は十份に電車で行くには良い場所だと思う。緑の地下鉄、終点なのでわかりやすい。安い（けど、日本の同じ程度のところと比べると安くないのかも）。ペットボトルの水を毎日くれること。スタッフの人たちはフレンドリー。

Cons:

昭和のホテルか⁈と思うところがたくさん。鍵だってポチッと押すタイプでチェーンはサビサビ。冷蔵庫なし。バストイレの間にシャワーカーテンがないのでタイル（ひび割れあり）がびしょびしょで滑る。おまけにコ◯バットがドンと置いてあり、Gの赤ちゃんが1匹出た。ビルの7,8階でわかりづらい。評判7以上なの、ほんと？旅行中地震アラートが鳴ったけど、ここ大丈夫か⁈と思ってしまった。

Pros:

以一個人出來住一兩晚來說，我覺得房間大小很讚。床是硬的，我喜歡。插座跟電燈跟冷氣開關都在很棒的地方，雖然壁紙是豹紋的我有點衝擊，但是對面晚上有好吃的熱炒，希望下次可以吃到他的蝦子，整體來說！下次來台北看演唱會還會願意訂這間

Cons:

浴室滑到爆！差點沒摔死，心臟停了半拍。然後我出門不知道怎麼鎖門，門鎖有點爛，怎麼轉都鎖不起來，要不是我全身上下都沒有值錢的東西，所以我沒有很擔心，不然比較在乎的話可能要詢問一下，我不敢問，所以就算了。

住宿地點離捷運站及火車站非常近，交通方便。
可以先寄放行李也很加分!
住宿櫃台24小時都有人，回覆問題很迅速。
浴室水量大且加熱迅速，有提供沐浴乳及洗髮乳。

Cons:

建築本身老舊因此牆壁磁磚多有龜裂，浴室也有霉斑。
單人房無窗僅依靠浴室的抽風系統排氣，空氣品質差。
整間旅館都有很重的煙味+香水味，很像住在KTV裡面，但住進去聞久了會習慣。
