La atención es ESPECTACULAR 😍
El hotel queda a media cuadra de la plaza y tiene parqueadero privado.
Adicional (en las noches) tiene un restaurante de hamburguesas INCREÍBLES e IMPERDIBLES!

Fantastico soggiorno a Salento
Pros:

Camera molto confortevole, asciugamani e biancheria profumata ogni giorno, internet veloce. Personale gentilissimo, servizio di lavanderia disponibile. Colazione ottima a scelta tra uova, pancake e frutta. Posizione perfetta a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale. Assolutamente consigliato!

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza central. El lugar es limpio y, en general, está bien cuidado. Sin embargo, hubo varios aspectos de la experiencia que no nos dejaron una buena impresión.

Cons:

El día de nuestra llegada tuvimos dificultades para encontrar el alojamiento. Llamamos para pedir indicaciones y nos las dieron como si conociéramos bien la zona, lo que hizo que siguiéramos sin poder llegar. Finalmente, paramos en un parking cercano y, al preguntar a la mujer que lo gestionaba, nos indicó que el alojamiento suele enviar allí a los coches y que el costo era de 20.000 pesos.

Le comenté que en nuestra reserva figuraba parking gratuito y decidimos llamar nuevamente a recepción para aclararlo. La mujer del parking quiso hablar directamente con ellos y, durante la llamada (que estaba en manos libres), la recepcionista —sin saber que podíamos escucharla— hizo un comentario muy grosero diciendo: “pero son bien brutos, si ya se lo expliqué”. Evidentemente, no fue la misma persona que nos atendió al llegar y no volvimos a verla después, probablemente al darse cuenta de que escuchamos el comentario.

Por otro lado, el desayuno está incluido en la reserva, pero la variedad es bastante limitada y el camarero que lo atiende resulta poco amable.

En resumen, aunque el lugar tiene buena ubicación y está limpio, la atención al cliente y algunos detalles del servicio deberían mejorar considerablemente.

Las habitaciones bien, pero el estacionamiento muy incómodo. El desayuno normal, creí que iba a ser mejor, pedí que me calentaran algo y no quisieron hacerme el favor en la cocina y era súper temprano, no había nadie más desayunando…

¡Excelente lugar, sin duda volveremos!
Pros:

El lugar es muy lindo. Las habitaciones son amplias, bien iluminadas y los espacios están muy bien distribuidos. El aseo es impecable y se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento a todo lo que necesitábamos, especialmente la señora Gloria, cuya atención fue excepcional.
El restaurante ofrece comida deliciosa y su ubicación, a la vuelta del parque principal, es muy conveniente. El desayuno es muy completo y delicioso. Sin duda, nos gustaría volver y quedarnos por más tiempo.

Cons:

Hubo un poco de ruido durante la madrugada, pero al tratarse de una época de festividades, es una situación comprensible.
