櫃台人員的處理態度，含蘇館長的回覆處理方式，都是同一句話，如你不滿意，我可退費給你，我要的是你們的積極度，至少有心去處理，而不是用錢來打發客人，這感覺極差勁，希望 負責人李董 能好好整頓內部的危機處理，及員工及教育訓練，態度，口氣及處理方式。
