Thank you for the great time for us and my parents!
Pros:

We stayed there for three nights and it was probably the best hotel we ever had in whole Taiwan!
The location is great. The beach is right across the street, bus stops are super close. We had a rental car and parking was included and also directly at the hotel.
The Owner (and staff) was super friendly and welcoming!
Tea, coffee, water and the greatest choice of little snacks was included and always available.
Breakfast was like described not included but for a small charge of 200$ we had a great choice and possible to share one breakfast for two and it was still enough.
The rooms were fantastic! clean, modern and stylish! Balcony and a roof top terrace available.
I am sure that I’m forgetting something but if it was only positive.

Pros:

Great location, great staff, wonderful facilities. Totally recommended to everyone. The owner was very helpful to provide car service information when we needed one. Definitely will be back there for my next visit

Cons:

It would be even better if the lighting was brighter (for me to put on makeup). And maybe hand soap by the sink since shower and toilet are in separate areas.
