Jacuzzi wasnt clean afther the rain with sand.

The floors of the bedroom even after maids passed to clean were dirty - we always leave our shoes in the entry of the bedroom. I was under the impression that they made the beds, change towels and only that.

The pillows are hard, several differents ones but all hard.

Great stay
Pros:

We stayed at Petousis Hotel & Suites for 10 days in March/April and overall had a nice stay, even though there were a few things that could have been better.

The hotel is about 10–12 minutes outside the city center, but the area itself is great with supermarkets, tavernas and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has its own restaurant with really good local food that’s definitely worth trying. Breakfast was varied and good, with something for everyone.

The staff were consistently very friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. It was easy to find the reception, and a big plus is the large amount of free parking available 24/7. The rooms are spacious, and it’s nice that you can book rooms with a jacuzzi. Cleaning was decent when it was done.

As for the downsides, there was some dust in the room here and there, and a few things felt a bit makeshift, like a shower holder fixed with zip ties. The air conditioning didn’t work properly outside of season and only blew warm air, which made the nights pretty uncomfortable.

The rooms are also not well insulated, so you can hear quite a lot from the hallway and neighboring rooms. We had a locked connecting door to the room next door, and the last few nights there was quite a bit of noise late at night. The WiFi was also quite unstable during our stay.

Since we traveled outside of season, we didn’t really get to use the pool or beach due to the weather, but it looks like a really nice place in the summer.

Overall:
A nice and modern hotel in a good area, with very friendly staff and good facilities. At the same time, there are a few things that bring the experience down, especially when it comes to comfort and technical solutions outside of season. We would consider staying here again in peak season, but with some improvements this could easily be a top hotel.

Cela ne sert a rien d'avoir un hôtel 5 étoiles ( bien-sûr que je sais que c'est pas étoiles en France ) et d'avoir un restaurant ( taverne) aussi bruyant et de qualité buffet .en plus vous ne comprenez pas leurs système de Demi pension a la carte mais vous pouvez commander 10 plats . Très déçu avec les 3 autres hôtels que nous avons fait

Good location with good locals
Pros:

Staff and their friendliness have made our stay relaxing. Enough parking space for our car. We never had a problem for finding parking place (in march)

Cons:

The smell from the kitchen spread throughout the entire hotel. The room doors were quite loud when closing. Another issue was the size of our WC, which was very small, and its door did not close easily. The floor has never been vaccumed during our one week stay! It was not acceptable.
