Όλα, εξαιρετικό απίστευτο απο τα καλύτερα που εχω παει πεντακάθαρο άψογο σε ολα θα ξανα παω όποτε μου δωθει η ευκαιρία σίγουρα, εννοείτε οτι ειναι για χειμώνα καλοκαίρι!!!

Seul point positif : le personnel est très gentil, mais cela ne compense pas tous les problèmes rencontrés.
Moi et mon mari avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité.
L’hôtel est divisé en trois bâtiments : le bâtiment principal, qui abrite la cafétéria et la piscine, et deux autres bâtiments séparés par une route. Si votre chambre se trouve dans l’un de ces deux bâtiments extérieurs, un code est censé être nécessaire pour y accéder… or nous avons trouvé la porte ouverte à plusieurs reprises, surtout la nuit, ce qui nous a mis très mal à l’aise. Nous étions dans le bâtiment extérieur (chambre 733).
La chambre était mal entretenue et la propreté laissait beaucoup à désirer : beaucoup de poussière, miroirs mal nettoyés, douchette cassée, rouille et calcaire partout. L’air conditionné ne pouvait pas être réglé en mode froid, ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir correctement pendant trois nuits, jusqu’à ce que nous nous plaignions à la réception.
Heureusement, le personnel est très gentil. La réceptionniste nous a expliqué que l’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas dans ce bâtiment “d’hiver” 😅, avec uniquement de l’air chaud. Elle nous a proposé de changer de chambre sans frais dans le bâtiment principal, ce que nous avons accepté.
La nouvelle chambre (103) était plus grande et mieux située, mais la propreté laissait encore à désirer et l’insonorisation était très mauvaise. De plus, une forte odeur d’égouts remontait des toilettes, très désagréable, et la lumière des toilettes ne fonctionnait qu’une fois sur deux. Nous sommes retournés nous plaindre : la réceptionniste a envoyé quelqu’un qui a seulement constaté que la lumière ne fonctionnait pas correctement, en nous disant que cela marcherait le lendemain matin… sauf que le problème a continué pendant tout notre séjour.
Concernant la nourriture, nous avions opté pour la demi-pension et avons été très déçus.

Das geht an euch Booking... Ich hatte in der App 30.12- 1.1 2026 eingeben und die Buchung kam auf den 1.1- 3.1 2026 es hätte einfach das Datum gewechselt und sah es erst beim Einchecken daß das Datum falsch war und zum Glück hatte es noch ein Zimmer frei aber nicht meiner wünsche vor Buchung. Ich werde nicht mehr über Booking buchen für solche Fälle kann ich lieber direkt buchen dann bin ich sicher für die direkte Dienstleistung. Ich bin ein guter Kunde und es war schon einmal passiert in Deutschland. Ich habe selber Apartment zu vermieten in Kreta und werde sie nicht unterstützen.
Wir haben zwar keine nebeneinanderliegenden Zimmer bekommen, aber dafür konnten wir unsere Zimmer, welche nicht weit entfernt waren, vor dem check-in beziehen. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut!
The pools, the jacuzzi, the gym were really nice, the cleaning was also on very good level.
The diversity of the food was nice, but the quality was mediocre, usually the meat was dried up as well as the vegetables. We met two receptionists, one was really friendly and welcoming, another was apathetic. The location was nice for a family vacation, but we were younger tourists and it was hard to bare local public transport without any air-conditioning for 30 minutes to get to the city center.
