Perfect location!
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station. My mam and I loved our stay. We loved how comfortable the pillows were, and the beautiful scent throughout the hotel made it feel even more welcoming.

This was our third or fourth visit and staff always make us feel special.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and courteous. Clean room and bathroom. Great location only a few minutes walk from city centre.

Cons:

Breakfast was a slight disappointment (buffet style) but apparently they are going to revert to ordering breakfast which should mean hotter food. Coffee machine in restaurant was below average and couldn’t drink it.

Fab - would stay again.
Pros:

The pillows !! SO comfy. The decor was great, Staff was friendly and helpful, Our luggage was delivered to the room. We were able to check in early in too after had requested it.
