Awesome and unique hotel close to the heart of Chester, strongly recommended.
Pros:

The room they give us was with a historical them and was larger than what we originally booked. This was very nice of the hotel to give us this unique upgrade. The room was big, unique with an extremely comfortable bed. The location was great for a nice morning walk in the close by local park. Breakfast was fantastic and the ground floor lounge was perfect for that late afternoon drink.

Pros:

Can’t say too much as we only had a bed for the night as it was a stopover for the Ferry the rolling morning,.

They charged my card twice. Once on arrival and then when I left they took it again saying the first was a holding payment - I am still waiting for that holding payment to be refunded

Immaculate hotel, lovely breakfast, friendly staff and excellent location. Will definitely stay here again!

Chester is a lovely city and this hotel was well positioned to enjoy all that it has to offer.
Pros:

Room was great, clean and well serviced. The hotel was well appointed. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Our evening meal was disappointing. Not well seasoned and ordinary. Starter was bland and my husband’s steak was bland and the sauce very salty. Puddings were nice.

A super hotel
Pros:

Hotel Indigo is a super hotel. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. The hotel is decorated to a very high standard. The breakfast is scrumptious.
Has a nice friendly bar and restaurant. Located in a very central location. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and quiet. We would definitely return.
