El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, tiene servicio de SPA el cual es excelente. La atención del lugar fue muy buena, el desayuno muy completo, y comer en el restaurante del hotel fue una gran experiencia!
Las instalaciones y la ubicación
Pedí un late check out para un lunes de marzo, siendo que uno de los huéspedes cumplia años, y me quisieron cobrar lo mismo que por lo que salío la noche entera. Siendo cumpleaños y sabiendolo, ni una Fanta ofrecieron.
Una pena que el gimnasio se abra a partir de las 11.
Es una de las cosas que busco cuando reservo hospedaje, que tenga gimnasio. Pero la verdad si lo habilitan tan tarde es como sino lo tuviera. El sauna tb estaba fuera de servicio
Muy buena la habitación.

Le faltga frigboar a la habitación y espejo ara maquillarse al baño, ya que el espejo grande no sirve y tiene poca luz.
El desayuno la decoración e higiene
El lugar es muy tranquilo; habitaciones espaciosas y limpias. El personal MUY cordial y atento a los requerimientos del pasajero. El restaurant te solicita con anterioridad la reserva y determinación del menú. Te asignan un horario; y en mi experiencia, nos presentamos puntuales, e inmediatamente fuimos atendidos y servidos SIN ESPERAR. Muy buena experiencia.
La estadía COMPLETA se abona por adelantado, y no hay devolución.
Nos gustó mucho el hotel en gral.
Estábamos en suite bastante alejada. No teníamos la vista que se mostraba en las fotos. Solo si estabas dentro del hotel tenias ese privilegio
Espectacular absolutamente todo! la limpieza,el orden , el servicio, el lugar. la naturaleza todo todo todo !
La ubicación está muy buena. Las instalaciones son nuevas, limpias... Rico desayuno, con pastelería casera.
El secador de pelos podría ser mejor, y la velocidad de reposición en el desayuno.
Los masajes no fueron los esperados.

The gym needs an upgrade:
- Dumbbells and Kettlebells are insufficient (max 4kgs.)
- There's not even a fan or AC.
