Pros:

Los espacios, la atención de las personas que trabajan allí y su buena comida.

Cons:

Una sola persona en recepción para tanta gente que se hospeda, las almohadas muy incómodas. También pedimos una habitación para dos personas y solo nos dieron una toalla, más negra que blanca.

El hotel es moderno, el desayuno es delicioso y muy variado. Las zonas húmedas me encantaron.

Cons:

Creo que debido a la humedad del sector las instalaciones se ven deterioradas. Por la ubicación del hotel no hay muchos lugares para visitar en la noche.

Íbamos de paso, para una noche estuvo bien, habitación comoda

Cons:

El centro de Ibagué no es una buena zona para alojarse si eres turista, para ser la capital del Tolima el Centro está descuidado, feito y no se percibe muy seguro. El hotel queda cerca a la Catedral 6 cuadras, en una zona de mucho comercio ( parecido San Victorino de Bogotá)
