Cons:

Ich habe im Voraus beide Zimmer über booking.com bezahlt. Für das Hotel war nur die Bezahlung eines Zimmers ersichtlich. Ich musste im Hotel noch ein Zimmer bezahlen. Trotz Reklamation bei booking.com bis jetzt keine Rückerstattung!

Llegue al hotel con una reserva desde hacia 6 meses y que ya estaba paga, y no tenian la habitacion que les habia contratado disponible. Es decir, vendieron mi reserva! poco serio!!

Don't stay here, they over sell hotel rooms

Cons:

This hotel over sells their rooms so if you book months in advance you then up at 10pm and there is no room. Eric on front desk is the worst reception staff I have ever dealt with. Absolute disgrace.
