Excellent hotel, and will return here again. The staff was great. The included breakfast was awesome close to everything restaurants and shopping great weather.

Very clean rooms and evrything.Good employees and very helpfull.Nice Matres and pillows.The location Great.It has a nice mall across the street.A lot of good restaurants options with in a mile of distance

The hotel is very clean. In fact, the morning breakfast is superb. The construction of other properties was load. Perhaps, guest needs room away from the work area's.

This was by far the best stay that I have had at this hotel. She was extremely serviceable & very attentive. Not only during check-in but throughout our entire 4 days stay. The hotel & guests are very fortunate to have her be part of the experience.

We were exhaused after a difficult trip from the USA. We were greeted by an unfriendly, suspicous, off-putting woman who couldn't find our information, even though we prepaid. She sent us to reception who our reservations finally after an hour of searching. The hotel is drab, but comfortable, great security. Nice breakfast buffet every morning. When checking out they refused to reimbuse us for a room which went unused for one night because the airline changed our itinerary. I cancelled that night through Hotels.com, in accordance with Spiwak Hotel's lead time cancellation policy.

The gym is missing handle accessories to grip the machines.
even though the guest can add the parking to the daily rate, the machine doesn't detect the room key so the driver has to wait for the parking manager to recognize your car and face to let you in or out.

Beautiful hotel

The service here is exceptional. I lost my phone in an uber and the staff did everything they could to get it back. A day later they were able to retrieve my phone which is completely unheard of. I was blown away by their hospitality. I would recommend this place over chipichape hotel only because it was less busy and it’s right across the street.

Nice and clean!

Through Expedia, I didn’t have to pay any extra charges. I found the hotel very comfortable and convenient, with an excellent breakfast, and it connects directly to the Chipichape Mall. However, the check-in process was slow, and the staff is a bit cold and rough with tourists

The hotel is unfinished and hasn't got a lot of channels on the tv. No tv channels in English. Only one news channel in Spanish I Do not recommend this hotel. the hotel doesn't have a restaurant; we had to walk to the other hotel to eat breakfast, the room was very uncomfortable, I will not come back to this hotel. When We asked for the manager to help us get an American channel, they said they don't have any American channels. We thought it was a Wi-Fi enabled tv so We would be able to use our phones to transfer movies, but it was an old tv.
