Mi vehículo no entraba en el parqueadero, me dijeron y se dejó frente al hotel sobre el acceso de ellos, me robaron una luna (costó)2.800.000 les hice el comentario en la recepción y nadie dice nada literal ignoraron el tema, la opción fue parquear en el éxito y tuvo un costo de 140.000 la noche de parqueo naaa todo mal en ese aspecto con el hotel.

Cons:

The studio was dirty, it took 3 days to have the animal hairs finally removed from the couch. The audio had no airflow and was very warm, the personel had nothing to suggest. The locks of the main door and balcony doors didn’t work, I had to insist a lot to have a different unit. The building is overall poorly maintained and managed. The place was not really clean either. The breakfast area is not at all like on the pictures and is minimal.

Hemma Hotel is the perfect place to feel at home!
Pros:

Everything but specially the service, the front desk girls, the cleaning ladies, the cooks are so nice; they make you feel like family so much that we staid for 3 months! My baby pet Neo is the star of the hotel, I really appreciate all the love they gave him, specially after his surgery. I love them all specially Ruth and will definitely come back! My husband is very happy too and of course Neo with so much spoiling :-)
