Pros:

Me gusto que todo estaba limpio , es como si fuera un apartaestudio , con todos los utensilios de cocina dentro del apto , el desayuno sencillo pero rico , el personal muy amable resolviendo cualquier inquietud , me gusto que el éxito wow queda al frente y dentro del éxito esta una sucursal de Bancolombia , buena ubicación y sobre todo buena relación calidad-precio.

PARA USO INTERNO BOOKING / HEMMA HOTEL: me asignaron una habitación (601) de cualidades y calidad inferior a la reservada por booking. un balcon pequeño sin silla/mesa para usarle. una habitación pequeña que esta vez no tenía ni comedor ni sofa. si tenía 35mt2 era demasiado y eso que la mayoría era un hall/`pasillo largo. muy decepcionado del hotel en general ya que en anteriores ocasiones me he quedado allí y me había gustado. a pesar de expresar mi inconformidad con recepción no se me resolvió el problema.
