Location of the hotel
The carpet stinks a little as soon as we enter the room. There is no battery on the remote. The secondary lock in our room is broken. The faucet is leaking.
I didn’t stay the night
As soon as we checked the room we knew we were not staying there. It was too dirty.
Great staff
Great location
Non smoking rooms
I like a smoking room when it’s only me and the adults
The room was damaged, stains everywhere. It had a very strong oil inhibitor odor. The guests next-door were fighting all night smashing the room and the police had to come. There was no staff on site to report the incident. Couldn’t change rooms. I was with my two young daughters and they had to endure that for the entire night. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I would never recommend this or stay there again. The vending machine in the lobby took my money and the staff knew it wasn’t working, didn’t notify the guests or put a sign up. When I spoke to them, they just got argumentative and rude. Rolling her eyes and raising her voice.
Wouldn't recommend
The one and only person that tried to help me that is a person that lives there.
They are extremely rude for turning parents and a child down because they were 10 mins late for check in due to getting lost and took a wrong turn absolutely terrible service. Do not goto this place find another the ignorance is unreal and heartless so how is the service going to be if it starts that way!
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Had to ask for a remote for cable and a plug for the bath. Our bath resulted in a flood to the suite below us. Condoms found in the tv stand. Entire place smelled.
Fluffy room, not too neat. Uncomfortable bed. Worst of all Heavy noise from Cargo trains. Its like the trains are passing through the rooms. Couldn't sleep all night. Train passes every couple of hours.
The front desk staff is good and friendly. The rooms and the noise only is my problem. Not recommended if you really need a queit place to rest.
It is budget friendly. Enough parking spots.
Not so good
I rented a room for 3 nights. After spending I night ended in health distress the next day. After taken to hospital I did not have a phone as my suitcase my purse and cell phone was on the hotel room, after spending four days in hospital I realized I don’t have my t things from the hotel room.
With the help of a nurse, we were able to locate the hotel room on Anthony
The staff got on the phone and explain the situation that I’ve been in hospital for a number of days and no access to a phone or any of my personal belongings and if they could possibly hold my stuff, they said no they already charge me two days because they could’ve rented it out And they could suggest that they could come and bring it to the hospital Mr. Cordia the hotel manager came with my suitcase. My purse was missing my sandal sandals and they were I noticed in my soup and at the end he asked how do you want to pay for my trouble and I said, pardon me and he said how much do you want to pay for me bringing this down here I said OK how much do you want and I said oh I’ll go to the cash machine machine. It needs why you got money and you purse I thought that were weird I never and quickly he said I never was in your purse, but obviously he was because you seen that there was $100 bills in there that what it cost me for him to take what I believe in Herbert would have managed in Edmontonfor like even $50 or less the hotel on the outside looks like they just put up a façade the shell on the outside of an old

Service
The office is only open till midnight. When our flight was delayed we
The people running the show are absolutely amazing! They truly went above and beyond.
I think this place would benefit greatly from a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.
Thank you for the hospitality.
