Cheap You get what you pay for I guess.
Cons:

They literally checked my garbage for ash and it was a ashtray I dumped from my car. They took my deposit and because I was in a hurry I didn't dispute it.

Waste of money.
Pros:

Nothing. Most disappointed

Cons:

Staff is unprofessional, smell is unbearable, beds and sheets are rotten, washroom stink, corridors smells awful,
Ac/heeter doesn't work.
In total don't waste time if this place is $10/ night. I don't know why booking. Com let them have in their portal. Shame for this app as well

The carpet stinks a little as soon as we enter the room. There is no battery on the remote. The secondary lock in our room is broken. The faucet is leaking.
