Pros:

Decent hotel to spend a night if you're driving in the area. Nothing to do in this city... The hotel has a restaurant, with decent breakfast, but dinner is not something they normally do. They did offer us what they could though, breakfast fare. Very nice staff.

Pros:

The hotel was sold out and I was turned away upon arrival. Property stated Expedia should have been blocked that night. Well, I had a reservation that was good for nothing, and at that point it was late in the evening and I had to scramble with the entire family to try and find accommodation elsewhere. Properties like this should not be on Expedia.

Pros:

Service / Empfang nicht englischsprachig, eher unfreundlich und abwesend.
Für Wlan erhält der Gast einen Papierabschnitt mit Zugangsdaten, unerklärlich warum, da Wifi in keinem Bereich des Hotels verfügbar war.
Personal im Restaurant nicht englischsprachig, daher haben wir abends im Restaurant nicht das erhalten, was wir bestellt haben.
Eingeschränkte Auswahl im Restaurant: Die in der Speisekarte genannten Getränke und das Essen waren teilweise nicht verfügbar.

Zimmer: Wir haben die „Suite“ gebucht. Betten waren nicht groß, aber warm wegen doppelter Decken.
Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen zweiten Heizkörper erhalten.
Wasser zum Duschen war abends nur lauwarm. Keine Heizung auf im Badezimmer.
Für Stromstecker wird Adapter benötigt.
Zimmer waren sauber und Bett frisch gemacht. Kein Safe verfügbar.

Frühstück:
Das Frühstück war völlig ungenügend: Personal total demotiviert und abwesend.
Kaffee wird kalt angeboten und muss mit heißem Wasser gewärmt (verdünnt) werden, sehr eingeschränkte Auswahl, alles sehr unappetitlich angerichtet.

Lage: das Hotel ist an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen. Parken war auf einem Parkplatz direkt am Hotel möglich. Der Parkplatz ist durch ein Tor abgeschossen.

Fazit: nur sehr bedingt empfehlenswer
