Hotel Chachapoyas muy cómodo, lindo, muy buena ubicación. El personal muy amable. Desayuno no buffet pero cumplió con las expectativas.
Si viajas con maletas grandes sufrirías un poquito para cargarlas. Agua caliente toma unos buenos minutos para calentar. El drenaje de nuestra ducha muy lento pero esto puede que no pase en otras habitaciones.
