Dear Hotels.com
İ went to the hotel to stay at Cairo Panorama Hotel on 2of Nov . But the owner of the house gave rent the whole house to others. İ was very suprised that you could infrom me about situation so that I could arrange somewhere else.Tenants have no idea what happened. Öne of them contacted owner n I didn't hear yet.
Kindly one of tenants allowed to stay with them so I could stay.
I like to get refund $ that l paid when tenant pay for the rent. I like give to some money to pay for water n elecricity which I used. please reply me as soon as possible.

Stay away.
Pros:

First of all it's not a hotel, it's a flat where the owner is renting out rooms. It's a mess inside. Nowhere to sit and eat due to the dinning room is occupied by cloths and other things. And the owner slept over so no breakfast was served. So no not a place that I recommend to stay.

Pros:

The owner was nice and friendly but I need to point out a few things.

First of all, it is not a hotel. It is actually an apartment. Second of all, while the apartment is in good condition and clean, the building itself is disgusting with trash everywhere (people leave trash on the stairs).
Finding the building wasn't easy either because there are no signs saying anything about the place. You will need to talk to a local and show him the address. Also, make sure to contact the owner in advance telling him what time you are going to arrive since he might not be there. I wouldn't recommend this place for more than a couple of days.
