Very nice hotel with large rooms and all very clean and tidy
The hotel was undergoing maintenance while I stayed there so it did not look its best. The staff were ok, they seemed exhausted or maybe tired of foreigners. I could not tell. Room service was perfect, laundry service was good too. Bathroom shower could be cleaner, toilet paper holder had a brown spec, 💩.
Amazing time at the property!
Excellent hotel, very high standard. Spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained rooms. A great variety of services. An outstanding staff that responds to every request and is always ready to help with anything needed. No pettiness whatsoever. We enjoyed every moment, the wonderful service, and the hotel's excellent facilities.
The overall experience was very good, but a few things related to the age of the hotel were a bit annoying, like the power points that were not on the same standard (some would accept my power connectors and others wouldn't). The breakfast and the gym were absolutely amazing! The area around is very good with many options for shopping, and there are some markets around with good options for shopping and eating.

I have stayed in over 40 hotels in the past 4 years and this is my favorite. The hotel is nearly full yet this is the quietest most peaceful hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in I went thru the TV channels and saw that there was neither Bloomberg or CNBC to help me with my stock trading. I asked the manager Miss Boom if she could possibly add one or the other. Within 3 days she had added them both. I have asked other hotels to add channels such as CNN and nobody seemed to be able or willing to do it (Marriott) This hotel has a perfect swimming pool for those that love to swim laps. It is about 30 meters long and about 1.5 m deep. This feels more like a home than a hotel. I could live at this hotel and I just might at least part of the year. The Mgr. Miss Boom is the best. She works tirelessly to please and take care of her guests.

10 minute taxi ride from airport.
No disturbance from flights at hotel.
Hotel taxi from/to airport very efficient - 300 baht each way (per journey, not per person).
No great views from hotel but think most hotels in Chiang Mai will be similar.

Food and cocktails in Elephant Club very good and very reasonably priced.
Pool area lovely. Very quiet. No problem getting loungers. Poolside food and drinks very good. No smoking allowed which was great!
Bedroom very spacious, spotlessly clean. Beds very firm but that wasn't a problem - slept like a baby! Loved the idea of the wardrobe having doors on both sides so it could be accessed from the bathroom as well as the bedroom - genius!!
Was given a massive bag of food and drink on arrival which was much appreciated and very handy when we needed an early breakfast on the day we had a full day excursion planned and had to leave hotel at the crack of dawn. Fridge in room well stocked.

Spa was lovely - had a coconut salt scrub which lasted an hour and only cost 1800 baht.
Very quiet hotel, no noise disturbance at night.
We booked two rooms and both got upgraded to studio suite which was quite surprising. We also got a gift back filled with goodies, snack, 3 big bottle of water juices from the local produce
Great property, walkable distance to the markets
Nice property a short walk away from the night markets. Good to be a little further away from the noise and bustle but still very much walkable. Luxury on-site Spa was lovely. Great room and fantastic service. The buffet breakfast was delicious.
All the staff members are very helpful and polite. They have a huge welcoming gift for us, bottled water, juice, snacks and milk. The check in was speedy and hassle-free.
Beautiful room. Welcome basket had enough food for a week!! Very quiet. Only complaint is that the bed was hard/firm. Seemed like the mattress was intended to be used with a box spring, but the frame was just a platform.
Nice place to stay but a little bit too far from the old city. The staff in the buffet and at the front desk were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were very friendly also.

The buffets on are definitely worth going to morning or night. Moon was our server - she went above & beyond to make us feel pampered Thanks Moon!
We loved the pool however, it was extremely cold!! You could get used to the temperature but even at 4PM in full sun all day, hard to get in!
If I had any recommendations - I'd ask that the no smoking policy at the pool was enforced. People smoking at the far end, does not comply with the 'no smoking' policy (there's a sign at the pool entrance)
