Azure Lofts & Pool Hotel

The staff was excellent. They help my wife organize my room before we arrived for my birthday! They even help get me a cake. The hotel was not very clean. I had roachs in the bathroom. The last day the air conditioning was broken for the night and next day. The breakfast was ok but very limited. The staff was very helpful but the hotel was below average. Pool was average and the view was beautiful from the rooftop

Queda un poco retirada de la playa y muy solo en la noche

We did not stay. Room was not ready at check in. No towels in the pool. Room AC did not work. TV was not visable and the back was full of rust. The shower was slippery and in poor conditions. The stove in the room did not work and had cables coming out of it. The staff was trying for us to do trip with them instead of the QR code provided by the hotel. It was fishy not all that is on the pictures at all. We left and found other accommodation the never answer the phones or messages and did not check us out even though we told them to is was horrible.

ageable sorpresa hotel completamente renovado ,limpio y servicio impecable.
comida en la noche a la carta deliciosa si a usted le gusta los frutos del mat no se arrepentira.
desayuno bien pero le falta un poco de frutas .
Mismo si esta cerca del aeropuerto no se escucha mucho y de vez en cuando en la manana

This is a very nice place. The location is very good (10 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes to the nice beach). I liked the small kitchen, quiet pool on the roof and the breakfast.

Excellent for a family — offers 2br. Plenty of space for vacation — kitchenette - nice option ..

Good option in San Andrés …

Depois de um voo cansativo no total de 8h do Brasil x Bogotá x San Andrés. Reservamos um quarto com vista parcial ao mar. Colocaram a gente com vista a um terreno baldio e totalmente sujo (segundo andar) e quando questionamos informaram que o nosso quarto estava ocupado por outros hóspedes. Na hora de tomar banho, a água no chuveiro não esquentava. A Sra da recepção me ajudou levando um balde para o meu quarto, para esquentar a água no fogão e tomar banho.
No outro dia fui atendida pelo o Sr Peter, que em prontidão, chamou um rapaz pra consertar e descobriu o fusível tinha queimado, por isso a água não estava esquentando. Na parte da tarde, ele nos mudou de quarto e fomos para o quinto andar. Porém, do mesmo lado desse terreno baldio, horrível. Mas estávamos no alto e com vista para o mar e não sentíamos cheiro de podre q vinha desse terreno (lembrando q o terreno ao lado,não tem nada a ver com o hotel).
A vista da piscina é incrível, fica no último andar.
Obrigada Sr Peter, por ter resolvido a nossa situação e tbm a senhorita que me ajudou com o balde.

Great place to start

O hotel em geral é bom e arrumado, mas tivemos alguns problemas com o ar condicionado do quarto que estava quebrado. Pedimos para que nos mudassem de quarto e depois de insistirmos bastante nos trocaram.
Ainda assim, tivemos problema com o ar que parava de funcionar e a luz que caia.

Staffs were great, but not really any warm water when your trying to take a shower in my room . It would only last for under 5 minutes everyday and you'd have to shower in cold water afterwards.

Not as good as thug

They lied about where there located far from beach in a bad area pictures shows as if your right on the beach your far away a 25,000 peso ride on a taxi to the beach didn’t even stay for the night and the refused to refund would never stay or recommend this place

Not in a good location. Across the street from a school where the band practiced all day. Dogs barking roosters crowing constantly. Nothing within walking distance

El Hotel es fantastico, limpio, organizado, los empleados son extremamente solicitos, el desayuno y la comida es buena, la piscina es Ok y tiene una vista del aeropuerto que es fantastica, el despeque y posos son muy guay.
Super recomendo, esta a 5 minutos de la playa y 8 minutos del centro.

Todo muy lindo y la gente súper amable! Sin duda me hospedaría de nuevo
