Probably will not return.
Pros:

The location was great and breakfast was good.

Cons:

It’s very dirty. The carpeting, couch, walls were filthy in the room and the windows around the facility and the pool area were dirty. It’s very run down looking inside and out.

Siempre me quedo en hyatt pero esta vez me decepcionó bastante por que al llegar a mi cuarto estaba una cucaracha gigante y me dan fobia, de verdad no dormí, al día siguiente le comento a la mujer de la recepción y me dijo que era normal. Para mí fue la peor respuesta.

J’aimerais trouver un commentaire positif, mais à part l’emplacement, c’est très décevant.

Cons:

Le mobilier, les murs, le tapis, la robinetterie qui coule, le tout est délabré. En plus, je n’oserais marcher à pieds nus, le tapis est incroyablement sale. L’air conditionné est très bruyant, impossible de dormir s’il fonctionne.

WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR THE POOR QUALITY!
Pros:

The entrance and the first floor was very deceiving... it would make one think the rooms were fabulous ... they were not! The restaurant and staff were fabulous!

The rooms were very dated and smelled... the bathrooms were
Plumbed with a rubber hose under the sink and it appeared there was possible mold under the rim of the sink. The towels were hung on a shelf at the end or the tub... if I hadn't removed every one before my shower they would have been soaked... the air didn't work and the refrigerator froze everything and the dial was broke off so it couldn't be adjusted... it was quite clear that everything is in very bad shape and jus cobbled together to be used... the microwave- no plate to heat on and was very very old, the refrigerator- dial broke to regulate temp... the lamps - all loose switches and clearly had shorts in the Plugs as they flickered when touched...the beds- had wood frames that were longer than the mattress covered by a bed skirt that was way too big and laid along the floor, the bruises left on our shins from smashing into the wood sticking out are many.... the carpet - filthy to say the least! Furniture- very uncomfortable and dirty! The air- had
To be repaired by maintenance at 9 pm... EVERYTHING CLEARLY NEEDS REPLACING AND CLEANING!
