Comfortable sofa for families, friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

Comfortable sectional sofa and beds. The little kitchenette was handy. Staff were very helpful to allow me to keep my same room throughout my stay. It was a little crazy since it was college graduation weekend.

Cons:

Bathroom needs an update, but it was clean. A comfort height toilet would be nice.

Pros:

The weekend was 92 degress, The pool was closed due to not meeting the inspection, We were disappointed it was hot and wanted to jump in the swimming pool.

Cons:

All was good except there was no towels in our room, and the Ice machine was broken in our floor we had to come down to the main lobby to ask for ice,

Despite the lobby being clean in the breakfast area being clean, I would never stay here again. It was filthy and gross,

The lobby was clean as well as the breakfast facility.

Cons:

My refrigerator in my room did not work, there was dead cockroaches, which I took pictures of in my room, light fixtures, falling apart from the ceiling, the shower was filthy as in the showerhead with lime scale buildup, the pillow case on one of the pillows was stained.

My son was excited to swim. Swimming pool was closed
Ice machines were broken in all floors. For ice we need to ask front desk
Carpet was extremely dirty
Bath tub was wabling
No soap was provided
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable

It was alright.
Pros:

Room was cold

Cons:

Front desk when we checked in didn’t greet very well. Remote to tv couldn’t close right for batteries, it was off when we went in room

Probably will not return.
Pros:

The location was great and breakfast was good.

Cons:

It’s very dirty. The carpeting, couch, walls were filthy in the room and the windows around the facility and the pool area were dirty. It’s very run down looking inside and out.
