Pros:

Very clean and comfortable but they charge for every thing. $6 for a bottle of water. No free breakfast. Have light things you can buy, even buy coffee. Won't stay at a Sonesta again.

It was awesome and it will be my go-to hotel for future trips to Miami.
Pros:

It was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet!

Cons:

There are no fans in the bathroom-so the moisture just stayed in there.

No me gustó muy antiguo
Pros:

Nada la verdad el baño no me gustó yo pedí una habitación normal y me dieron una para personas con movilidad reducida.

Cons:

Fui con mi familia y mi mascota cachorra y no querian limpiar la habitación por que decían que no entraban cuando habían perros, mi perra estaba en su jaula tuve q esperar un día más a q la limpien xq ni siquiera entraron a cambiarme las toallas tuve q solicitarlo no me gustó ese hotel no volvería espero me devuelvan mi garantía

I would stay back!!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the check in was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and its smell pleasant as wells. I want to say thank you for providing make up wipes because as a women I feel sometimes went traveling we can leave a few non essential things like make up wipes and when it saw that in the bathroom it made me feel appreciated.

No complaints.

Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und mit Blick auf den Pool, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ständig hilfsbereit. Handtücher gab es bei Bedarf täglich frisch. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und kleiner Kühlschrank empfanden wir als sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Leider werden diese nicht täglich gereinigt.

El personal es super amable.

Cons:

La limpieza no es buena. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero no están muy limpias. Es un hotel comodo, no es de lujo, es bueno pero le falta que la limpieza sea mejor.
