El hotel es bonito, las personas son muy amables y atentos. No me gusto que la habitación era muy apretada, abría la puerta y saltabas para la cama. Es un hotel muy céntrico, y tranquilo si escoges una habitación que no sea la calle, si no, es todo lo contrario, de ahi puedes caminar o tomar taxis a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad amurallada.

We had reservations for Casa de Alba Boutique. While boarding from NY we received a message that we were being moved to Casa de Leones due to pipe damage at C. d A. We were never able to confirm that was the case. While sleeping at C. de Leones a piece of the roof plater feel on our bed. Next night dust from the ceiling fell on my husband's face! Casa de Alba never allowed us a word with the hotel manager. Will never go back to Casa de Alba hotels.

Very kind and attentive staff made the trip memorable, beautiful hotel and amazing stay.

The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful, and the pools are beautiful. However, our room was very small and there were pieces of the ceiling falling onto the ground and onto us when we were sleeping. Also, on the way out, we were charged for drinking the carafes (not bottles) of water that were left in our room (which were not labeled with a price, as other for-sale snacks were) - this left a sour taste in our mouths at the end of the stay.

We stayed in Las Palmas de Alba hotel from a Saturday to a Tuesday. It is a private property located in the center of the city, but in a quiet neighborhood. It is a converted Spanish colonial mansion with a rooftop pool and another pool located on the ground floor. It is staffed by attentive personnel that serve a good breakfast and and beverages à la carte. It was my wife’s 50th birthday so they were kind enough to decorate our room and bake us a tasty birthday cake. All the local attractions were 10 to 15 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a private, comfortable and safe place to stay in Cartagena.

Thank you for our wonderful stay. Our room was fantastic for our family. Staff was so kind and wonderful. Room was a bit loud (street noise) but that was to be expected- so bring ear plugs.

the staff is unprepared and the transportation to the airport never show up, and I was charged anyway.
Bedrooms are nice and clean, but the noise from the streets is really annoying.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel is in a great location in the walled city so you can walk to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay in this boutique hotel again!

Les services sont cependant d'un très faible niveau (pas d'accompagnement du client pour les activités extérieures).
Attention au choix des chambres car elle n'ont pas toutes une vue sur l'extérieur. De plus, la circulation intérieure est inconfortable (marches et couloirs très étroits).

The staff is outstanding, simply super service. The rooms were clean and neat. They were large and well furnished.
A little more maintenance in the building would help.
The location was great, but the noise on the street was overwhelming. The noise was a major downer.

Todo muy bien, muy amables todos

The property was clean and the staff was amazing. My son caught a stomach bug and they were genuinely concerned, warm and helpful. The area was great, we enjoyed having a rooftop pool and delicious breakfast every day. I would only suggest varying the fruit options with so many different, delicious local fruits it would have been nice to have more variety outside of what we can get in the States.

It was my first time in Cartagena, and my stay at Leones de Alba exceeded my expectations. This hotel has an excellent location in the walled city. I enjoyed my stay and felt at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The staff made me feel welcomed and at home. I want to thank Laura, Beyker, Neider, Juan, Mereides, and Andreu for making my stay memorable. We had two birthday celebrations while on our trip, and the staff made us feel special by going above and beyond to make the day special. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!
