Pros:

The Staff speak very good English. They were very helpful. The free coffee and water. The amazing choices of breakfast.

Cons:

The carpets could use cleaning. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for decades. Though the breakfast was amazing. It could use some consistency. Sometimes it was served really cold.

凌晨入住居然還可以聽到旁邊敲敲打打..很吵
然後早上八點多換隔壁在施工😵‍💫很疲憊了還無法睡好

Pros:

lo staff e' molto disponibile e sempre presente, la posizione e' ottima, a 5 min dal Taipei 101.
La colazione si puo' ordinare da fuori, ma alla reception si trova la macchinetta del caffe, il distributore di acqua calda e fredda, il te'. L'acqua del rubinetto NON e' potabile.

Cons:

non esiste un bagno della struttura, al di fuori delle camere, che puo' essere utile quando si ritorna dopo aver lasciato la stanza (tipicamente per riprendere i bagagli).
Il palazzo non e' dei piu' recenti, l'ingresso non fa una buona impressione, anche se poi l'hotel, situato al quinto piano, e' adeguato alle tre stelle dichiarate.
Le camere non sono grandi, la nostra non aveva l'armadio, ma solo un appendiabiti. Inoltre c'era solo la luce centrale, nessun abat-jour sul comodino. Ok il bagno, con una grande doccia.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Facilities were clean. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend.

Location was great. Comfortable, spacious room. Staff were very polite and brought in an iron for me when requested.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a lounge area while waiting for check in time or hotel room to be ready. Having said that I was able to check in early.
