Wonderful staff, clean room and great air conditioning! Great location!
Pros:

The staff was incredible! Our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon and we couldn't arrive until the following night. My reservation was non-refundable but they allowed me to cancel the first night anyway. Also, I called down for an extra pillow and it arrived within minutes. The air conditioner was an inverter type which is quiet and cooled the room very well. Upon checking out we were having trouble getting a taxi and I went back in the hotel and the front desk woman booked a cab for me. This hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to Taipei 101 tower.

Cons:

The hotel is located on the fifth floor of a building that looks a little sketchy on the outside. When you walk in the building you wonder if you are in the right place! But once you get off the elevator on the fifth floor it's like a whole new building and the area is nice and clean.

Very Nice stay in Taipei
Pros:

The warm welcome, the staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is in the heart of Taipei and it's really easy to move around. The room was Nice, clean ans confortable.
