A very good hotel that is well maintained. The ambience is awesome. Staff are very courteous and helpful

George is superb with customer service. The moment we walked in we were welcomed and assisted and treated very well. The place was not only absolutely beautiful but also extremely clean. The level of peace and quiet is also unmatched.

Customer service was great. The only thing is pool access. It seems there is not enough chairs to lounge around in around the pool at times.

Staff were so lovely, they made great recommendations and organized transport. Nice quiet location and great pool.

The bed was very comfortable. My only feedback is that the air conditioning system could be better as it did not remain on during my stay in the room and would get uncomfortably hot at times throughout the night. I would definitely book again at this hotel.

The accommodations were more than we hoped for, spacious, clean in a relaxing setting. I cannot emphasize enough how exemplary the service was. The staff was kind and helpful and made you feel like family. Our hostess Sara went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was amazing and did everything from suggesting and helping to book side trips to arranging transportation. We can’t wait to come back! :)

Our stay was amazing! Top notch service! It is in a quieter part of the island which was real nice and the bus system is easy to use. 100% recommend.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC PLACE! All the staff remembered my name. I had a bad flight situation and came a day late. They welcomed me with a bottle of wine and quill-pen written orientation note! Food was good, too.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but what made this hotel the most special and memorable was the service of the staff! They went above and beyond to help us plan our trip/itinerary, had wonderful beach and restaurant accommodations. The breakfast that is included is delicious and best coffee I’ve ever had! The manager (George) was reachable at all times. For example, our taxi did not show up at 4:30am and when we called George answered us immediately and called the taxi he even went to the extent of following up with the taxi to confirm he had picked us up! Lila, front desk receptionist made sure to pack us each a lunchbox for the road! Definitely recommend this spot, 5 min drive from airport!

I had a great experience at Kallos Imar. The staff are the greatest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go to Santorini. Have to say again the staff are so wonderful!!!

The welcome at the hotel, despite our 1hr flight delay (arriving 1am), was first rate and the airport pickup had been awaiting our arrival. This high level of service continued throughout our stay, with faultless service from all staff, from the manager (George) through Reception (Joanna & Lela), Breakfast (Toula) and Housekeeping - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was first rate - exactly as featured on the photographs, and the hotel position was central to the local town but very quiet day and night - absolutely no aircraft noise! Messaria is a great base to explore the island - a very short ride from the airport and centrally placed but away from the crowds of Fira and Oia. The hotel has generous car parking for guests. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel!

We stayed only one night because we were catching a flight to Italy - but would have loved to stay longer.
Staff was super nice and helpful in every way.
They set up our transfers with ease and made lots of effort to make our short stay great.

The staff were super welcoming and honored our request for a room with no steps (I think there is one with no steps and a few with 3 steps); this was perfect for my mom who has knee trouble. Everything here is brand new, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great. Getting to Fira by bus is really easy; the bus stops are just a block away. We used the hotel arranged transfer service to get there from the ferry. We used Uber as well. I’m glad I didn’t let the fact that this hotel is located in Mesaria keep us from staying here. We loved it!

Nice place to stay and very peaceful

The hotel owner George and staff Jo. Dullah, Eric, Angelo etc were very accomodating to us everyday. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were also good.
