Pros:

В принципе как для Тобольска вполне не плохой отель, самый главный минус это расположение , до Кремля 5 км

Квартира посуточно с тараканами
Pros:

Местоположение отеля на карте указано неверно. Ориентироваться надо на остановку общественного транспорта Гостиница Нефтехимик, потому что, например, в 2гис такой гостиницы уже нет. Она превратилась в сдачу квартир посуточно. О чем при прибытии вы и заключаете договор.

В отеле идут навстречу с ранним заселением. Нас заселили в 11 утра. Девушки на ресепшн очень вежливы и предупредительны.

В самом номере/квартире все чисто и комфортно, мебель новая. Имеются чайник, холодильник, фен, утюг и гладильная доска. Но будьте готовы, что в квартире есть и постоянные жильцы в лице тараканов.

Нас поселили на втором этаже, над кафе, где проходят завтраки. У кафе есть шумная вытяжка, которая работает с 7 утра и до самого вечера. Впрочем мы довольно быстро привыкли к ее гулу. Вот только включение в 7 утра будит не хуже будильника.

Завтрак, как нам сказали накануне на ресепшн, начинается в 7 утра, но при попытке спуститься и позавтракать, нас пригласили уже к 9. К этому времени еда была уже подостывшая и невкусная. И да, тараканы живут и в кафе Винегрет, где проходят завтраки.

В целом отель был неплох, но деталей, портящих впечатление было достаточно

Pros:

Staff is friendly and helpful, but speak limited English. The breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. The location of the hotel is about 6km from the Kremlin, but there are frequent buses to get you there. The mall is only a few minutes walk away and has a food court and grocery store.

Во время фестиваля "Лето в Тобольском кремле"
Pros:

При заезде пришлось понервничать, так как о нашем бронировании через Hotels.com, не смотря но то, что у нас на руках было подтверждение бронирования, у администратора отеля не было вообще никакой информации. Благо свободный номер нашелся, и нас заселили. Номер после недавнего ремонта, чистый, просторный, приятный. Имеется все необходимое для проживания. Завтрак тоже был весьма не плох, без особого разнообразия, но все вкусно. Для недолгого проживания отель вполне подходит
