Deceptive 3rd party booking and hotel does nothing but tell you to get rate from Expedia. BS!!
Pros:

I'm extremely upset over deceptive booking and rate issues, as well as, not being given my Hilton honors points rate discount. I know by other reviews about your location, and subsequent hotel management responses, you send same or similar response to every issue and do nothing to remedy a complaint. I'm wasting my time but this is nonsense and others should know about shady practices.
I stayed at your location Thursday Feb 26 2026, with son and his mom. I called hotels local number, to get rate for night, unbeknownst to me I was rerouted or redirected to unethical 3rd party booking agent. A lying robot human, reading from a script. I asked rate for a night, with Hilton honors rewards points from many prior stays at your location. I was told I'd get my rate at front desk upon check in, that they couldn't tell me. Huh?? I thought I was speaking to front desk and never asked for 3rd party booking agent, Expedia as it turns out. I get to hotel in Colchester Vermont, to see what rate is with my 16000 Hilton honors rewards, front desk says they can't tell me either cause I booked with a 3rd party, I never asked to book with. I have to call Expedia to get my rate, which they say front desk needs to tell me!! Huh? So, you have a frequent guest asking for rate for night and nobody tells your guest, it's pawned off to deceptive 3rd party. I decided to stay and figure it out cause, I didn't want to let my young son down, as he wanted to stay and swim. I called hotel number in Colchester, not Expedia, I've never use Expedia. I also was told I could pay with son's moms credit card upon arrival, instead my debit card used to hold the room, was charged and my discount rewards never applied. Nobody wants to remedy this. I was deceived in so many ways, and nobody wants to fix it. So when there's an issue at your location, you do nothing to fix it, you give token replies to complaints or pawn it back on Expedia and wash your hands of it. Expedia refused to even tell me rate, and you allow them to book rooms for your location!! I was sneakily rerouted to expedia who apparently charged me a fee to use their deceptive service. They added charges considering your rate was $123, my card was charged $167 for a single night, which I never would have stayed if I had known what I'd be paying. I hope people stay away from your location upon reading this review since you push issue off on 3rd party so you don't have to deal with it.
I don't get to do this for my son often. I stayed at a room so my son can swim on his school break and go to arcade behind the property. That cost me way more than I ever would have agreed to, but I was lied to and deceived from the start. If nothing is done to fix this, I'll never stay there again and file complaints about your location and Expedia to anyone I can write a review with.

It was very disappointing and unsatisfying stay with terrible service.
Pros:

The location was good. It wasn’t far from the hospital.

Cons:

The fact that we reserved and paid for a double queen room and got a double full room. They never once told me that we were getting a full bed nor was there anything at the desk stating that I’d be getting a full bed. It wasn’t until I got to the room that I realized I got full beds and it was a handicapped room . When I questioned it I was told they are in the process of switching their queens to a full. They wouldn’t switch me to a room with queen beds nor did they offer anything else for a solution. I had reserved and paid for 2 rooms with queen beds because my wife’s grandfather was in the hospital for emergency surgery and family needed a place to sleep and shower. The beds were way too small for couples to sleep in. We were very disappointed and unimpressed with the service we received from the staff. We needed more nights and rooms because he’s in the hospital for lengthy time but we will be going elsewhere. We’ve stayed at Hampton Inn numerous times but we’ll be making our stays elsewhere for now on.

Бассейн!!! Он был теплый, очень комфортно плавать!!! Спортзал тоже отличный!!! Завтрак хороший!!! Персонал супер!!!
