Very convenient right off the highway
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We didn’t have much time to use any of the facilities. We were there for a graduation and then took up most of our time.

Pros:

The service was fast and efficient. The room was amazingly comfortable and very clean. Definitely i will be recommending this place. Also, the location is excellent. Very close to downtown , shopping centers etc. Loved it 🥰

Uncomfortable.
Pros:

We appreciated the ease of having our esa pup with us. And the staff was very nice.

Cons:

The floor wasn’t vacuumed, the bed was uncomfortable and the room we were put in was sharing a wall with the gym. There was banging right on the wall the bed was up against, slamming doors and equipment noise both in the evening and first thing in the morning. No idea why anyone would have the idea to put a room there and then have the audacity to charge so much for a room like that (almost $300 for one night). In Addition we were given no info on check out, facility times etc. The water station was broken as well as the elevator. It was just unfortunate to have our one night stay there be so uncomfortable.

My family was very disappointed about the accommodations.
Pros:

Average at best. Coffee did not taste good.

Cons:

There was a smell of smoke in the room and hallways. The room was not vacuumed thoroughly and not as clean as expected. There were no tissues in the room so we had to ask the from desk. A surcharge for our pet dog was added to the final bill well above the quote mentioned in an email. Disappointing stay.
