Poorly run hampton inn
Pros:

Location worked for us.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff was largely absent. Beds made one time in 5 day stay. Blankets complicated so if it is to be a do-it-yourself operation, simpler bedding is needed. Breakfast ok, desk staff agreeable while unable to resolve problems. Guests often usurped disabled access parking spots while not showing they were entitled to them.

Pros:

We had made our online about 5 hours before we arrived.
We were told there was as no reservation for us so I showed your staff our confirmation number, still there was no record and were told it was a glitch between the online system, which by the way was Hampton Inn’s and the front desk. No rooms were available. We left very upset. We got a room at the Residence Inn, it was fifty dollars more. We booked the Hampton Inn for its low price and value we always felt we had with your chain. We were told by your staff they couldn’t make up the difference of the extra cost. It was late and we were very disappointed.

Excellent. Very clean, nice selection, large area to eat in. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Need more handicapped spaces definitely. Husband in a wheelchair. Wierd thing, toilet paper roll not long enough for holder, kept falling out. Annoying. Fell in rubbish barrel once

Pros:

Night check-in man - Greg? with ponytail - was excellent; breakfast woman is wonderful and could use some help; chamber maid was super friendly; bed comfy; bathroom clean; quiet; good location

Cons:

too much processed food at breakfast; waffle batter only offered flavored; yogurt didn't have a plain, no sugar; I didn't see peanut butter; One lovely woman worker had more to do than could be accomplished by one person. You need two people and maybe another helper to keep things full and areas clean; waffles are a nice but the mess around the area (caused by users) was off-putting.

Nothing fancy, but good!
Pros:

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. Nothing fancy but just enough. For what we paid, it was great! I would stay again for the same price.

Cons:

The facility should keep an eye out on the pool area. No towels refilled by late afternoon, even though the pool is open until 10pm. Water all around the floor. No one bothered to wipe the floors dry. Easy to slip and fall on the tiles. Extremely hot and stuffy in pool area. Some air conditioning would have been ideal since it's indoors.

5 Stars all the way!!!!
Pros:

5 Stars all the way. Moraima was so amazing, very personal and friendly. Hilton should be proud to have such an amazing staff member to great their guests. Rooms are clean, and everything works. Even the hair dryers.
