Leider wurden wir woanders einquartiert

Wir wurden ohne Vorweg mit uns zu kommunizieren zu einem anderen Hotel umgebucht. Man versprach uns 50% Entschädigung, die wir dann bei Booking.com anfordern sollten . Nachher meinte man sie hätten 15 Prozent Ermäßigung gesagt und nicht 50%.Zu dem anderen Hotel teilte man uns nicht die Hausnummer mit sodass wir 15 min hin und her gelaufen sind bis wir es dann gefunden haben

Prima locatie, verwarming moet beter en kleine gebreken ook verhelpen.
Pros:

Goede locatie dicht bij station. Verder gewone hotelkamer met kitchenette. Ontbijt was OK.

Cons:

Verwarming werkte niet goed. Geen warme lucht met thermostaat op 26 graden. Receptionist voerde reset uit, maar dat hielp niets. Verder allemaal kleine dingen verhelpen, lamp van staande lamp defect, lamp in badkamer defect, aanwezige USB poorten bij bed werkten niet, gebruikte coffee cups nog in apparaat. Waarom geen tweede leunstoel in kar voor twee personen.

Ligging van het hotel. Grootte van de kamers.

Cons:

Misschien de gehorigheid in het gebouw. Je kon horen wat er is sommige andere kamers gebeurde. Op te lossen met oordoppen natuurlijk.
