The smell in the corridor was disgusting.
Breakfast was great. Saw a few poor reviews of breakfast, hotel must have upped its game since then as it was quite unrecognisable. Cooked options were limited to scrambled eggs, diced bacon, and sausages, but was happy for any option given the price.
Coffee in rooms and at breakfast was good.
No parking owned by the hotel. The 'parking' is an independent business next door.
The room itself was a bit unsafe for our kids as the central bookshelf was unsteady, and would not survive a moderate collision. It was very light weight, but had a couple of plant pots on it. Our kids are quite feral so we moved the plant pots and all was good.

De slaapbank voor de kinderen lag niet comfortabel. Het ijzer stak langs het matras omhoog. Slaapbank was voor 1 persoon opgemaakt terwijl deze voor twee personen moest zijn.
Om 6.30u ging het brandalarm af, maar niemand die even kwam zeggen dat het loos alarm was. Receptie was telefonisch niet bereikbaar, dus zelf naar de receptie gegaan en daar was iedereen vrolijk met het buffet etc bezig. Er was dus niets aan de hand. Alarm heeft 1,5 uur staan loeien, maar achteraf geen excuus, drankje, tegemoetkoming ontvangen. Dit hadden we wel op prijs gesteld.
De mooie ruime kamer. Het was proper, met vriendelijk personeel.
De airconditioning werkte niet. Net op een moment dat het 30 graden was.

Terrible, I travel for work and I need hotel receipts to justify the expenses but in this hotel they did not give me the receipt for the stay causing me big problems. The night before leaving I asked for the receipt but at the reception they could not do it and they wrote down my email telling me that they would send it to me by email. The next day I did not receive anything by email and trying to call them they always put me on hold, on WhatsApp they do not respond and they do not even respond to emails. They are terrible. Before now I have never had problems in more than 20 years that I have been traveling the world to get the receipt of the stay but here they are terrible and do not respond to the phone, WhatsApp, email
Everything was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. We stayed in room 301, at the very end of the corridor, so it was quiet and we did not experience extra noise, even though the hotel was fully booked during the holidays.
We really liked the terrace on the 7th floor, where you could enjoy free tea and coffee. Check-out was at 11:00, but it was possible to leave our luggage at the reception and collect it later.
The location is excellent, especially if you are travelling by train. The hotel is very close to the station, and nearby there is a street with many cafés and restaurants to choose from, as well as an Albert Heijn supermarket.
In the room, there was tea, coffee, creamer, sugar and three small bottles of water in the fridge. The reception told us that the tap water was safe to drink, although for us it had quite an unusual taste.
We liked Antwerp very much. In some areas of the city, including near the hotel, there was sometimes a sewage smell, but this may have been because the weather was very hot for several days.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
We booked the Executive Family Studio with Kitchen, which was described as having a bedroom with one large double bed and a living room with one sofa bed. In reality, it was one room, with the beds separated only by a curtain, which was a little unexpected.
