Nichts, wir konnten dort nicht übernachten, trotz fester und bezahlter Buchung
Eine Stunde vor Check-in wurde die festgebuchte und bezahlte Unterkunft seitens der Unterkunft storniert. Booking hat uns gesagt, dass die Stornierung von der Unterkunft ausging und sie daher nichts machen können. Die uns angebotene Ersatzunterkunft war auch ausgebucht. Wir mussten dann ein sehr viel teueres Hotel buchen. Booking hatte telephonisch die Übernahme der Differnez zugesagt, aber bisher leider nicht bezahlt.
Leider lese ich nun erst in Bewertungen, dass die Unterkunft, dies offensicht öfters so macht: Buchungen erst bestätigtund dann kurzfristig storniert; vermutlich, wenn das Zimmer zu einem höheren Preis verkauft werden kann. Dies ist schlichtweg Betrug!

Locatie fijn. Straatkant gaf wel herrie. Raam moest open omdat de kamer benauwd was...airco werkte niet voldoende helaas...

We had a great stay , our room was clean and modern with a nice kitchenette and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, in the town centre within a walking distance to everything. There is a multistorey parking lot next to the hotel with plenty of spaces.
Staff were really nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again in future.

Kamer was uitstekend, bedden waren in orde. Ontbijt was erg lekker en gevarieerd. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Het was absoluut niet proper. Ging een zeer onaangename geur en ook de lakens/handdoeken niet proper.
The hotel and facilities were all great. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, clean bathroom and quiet. The kitchen had all the bits and pieces needed.
The hotel and was great, however I have asthma and found some of the cleaning products used or the carpet in the hallway getting to my room aggravated my condition. That put a bit of a down spin on my trip. We were also confronted by a homeless person two doors down but felt very safe once we got inside.
La posizione è ottima per la vicinanza alla stazione ed al centro: ci si muove benissimo a piedi.
L'appartamento è spazioso e ben arredato: la cucina è molto ben fornita e c'è anche un bello spazio con il tavolo per mangiare ed un divano, che non abbiamo usato perché la tv era davanti al letto. Il letto è molto ampio e comodo, probabilmente è la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più.
Ottimo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli.
La sistemazione ci è piaciuta molto. L'unica nota dolente per noi è stata il bagno. La doccia è realizzata in una vasca e c'è un vetro a proteggere dagli schizzi. Il problema è che è difficile stare nell'angolo dove c'è il vetro perché la vasca non è in piano in quel punto.
Altra cosa: gli asciugamani per il viso erano molto rovinati e da una struttura del genere non mi aspetto un asciugamano con i buchi. Sono cose a cui noi non abbiamo dato grande importanza ma vanno sicuramente migliorate.
