Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean and located right next to the metro station, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the staff was absolutely amazing—very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Przy wymeldowaniu na recepcji była tylko jedna osoba z obsługi przez co była bardzo długa kolejka. Czekałam 20 min.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. The hotel is well maintained and everything was well organized. As it is a large, it can be quite busy, but this did not affect our stay.

Goed gelegen en voldeed zeker aan onze verwachtingen. Ik zou niet twijfelen!
Pros:

Het was een goede ligging, naast de metro. Je bent op 10min in het centrum. Ondergrondse parking, wel betalend, maar wij vonden het heel goed van prijs en voldoende ruimte om te parkeren. De familiekamer was super, met 2 badkamers, voldoende ruimte. Er waren ook badjassen en pantoffels aanwezig. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid en er werd telkens aangevuld en voor iedereen was er wel iets. Het drinken in de koelkast op de kamer was in de prijs inbegrepen, ook de gym. Wat een aangename verrassing was. Er was ook de mogelijkheid om telkens uw fles of drinkbus aan te vullen met water (plat of bruis). Als je niet wou dat uw kamer werd gepoetst, kreeg je telkens een lekker koekje in een zakje aan uw deur. Wij zijn echt blij dat we voor dit hotel hadden gekozen.

Cons:

Er was één minpuntje. We waren aan het aanschuiven om in te checken en als het aan ons was dan werd er gevraagd van de mevrouw van achter de balie of het mogelijk was dat wij de mensen achter ons konden voor laten gaan. Volgens haar zou het niet lang duren, wat niet het geval was. De mensen die we voor moesten laten, dat waren piloten. Ik vind persoonlijk dat zij geen voorkeursbehandeling moeten krijgen. Iedereen is gelijk en het was onze beurt. Dit gaf een gevoel dat zij belangrijker waren dan wij.
