Pros:

I liked the design; it was simple and elegant. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, but it did not meet my expectations. The room was clean and looked well-kept, and the staff was polite and helpful, though they sometimes seemed a bit judgmental. The location was convenient, but it seemed better in the description than in reality. The breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety of options, even for people with allergies.

Cons:

1. The breakfast spread had a wonderful variety of food, including hot meals, vegetables, fruits, and other items. Sometimes, the layout seemed to vary from day to day, which made it a little more difficult to find certain food items quickly. Perhaps, if the layout was kept a little more uniform, it would be even more convenient for guests, especially those in a hurry. The food was quite enjoyable, but perhaps a little more seasoning would be appreciated by some, while still maintaining options for all.
2. The room looked quite tidy to begin with, but I noticed a few small things, such as crumbs on the nightstand and a little dust here and there. Perhaps, if a little more attention was paid to this, it would be even better.
3. The air circulation in the room could be a little better. The air conditioner was a little noisy, and the control panel looked outdated. I had to open the window a little to sleep comfortably.
4. The bedding was acceptable, although it did not feel as comfortable or warm as I had hoped. Providing an additional blanket or pillow option could enhance comfort, as guests have different preferences when it comes to sleep.
5. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. In the early morning, there unfortunately was some noticeable noise from staff in the hallway around 7:30 a.m., which might be slightly disruptive for guests who prefer to sleep longer. A bit more attention to noise levels could make mornings even more relaxing.
6. Bathrobes and slippers were listed among the amenities, but I did not find them in the room. If they are available upon request, clearer information for guests would be helpful.
7. The soap provided wasn’t very good for my skin type, as I’m allergic to some of the ingredients. While this may not be the case for everyone, it would be a nice touch to include an antiallergic soap and cleaning stuff, or at least make it an option.

Tichý hotel s excelentní snídaní a možností (placenou) fitka a wellness. Výborný personál.
Pros:

Opravdu skvělé. Pokoje jsou odhlučněné, takže neslyšíte sousedy (což je výborné). Pokoje jsou dobře vybavené. Fitko si musíte připlatit, ale je prima vybavené a stroje jsou kvalitní. Excelentní je snídaně - výborný výběr, měnící se (i když i kdyby ne tak v tom výběru by Vám to po dobu tak 3 týdnů bylo jedno. V tomto jsem náročný a byly opravdu excelentní. Když chcete objednat bolt je vždy (zkoušel jsem asi pětkrát) v dosahu dvou minut - což je také výhoda. Výtahy jsou čtyři, takže nečekáte. Z fitka vidíte Petřín a když se rozednívá (kolem sedmé - únor) a běžíte si a vidíte červánky na Pražským hradem nebo Petřínem je to super. Jediné co bych vytknul (jako hnidopich) je nepřítomnost ušátek v koupelně (ale na druhou stranu jsou tam 4 typy mýdlo, šampon, kondicionér, tělový gel). Takže jsem opravdu spokojen za cenu mezi 1000 - 1500 (mimo sezónu) je to výborná volba.

Cons:

Vlastně nic. Jsem opravdu spokojený.
