Bonjour ; très déçu de la chambre au 1er étage alors que j’avais demandé un étage en hauteur ; une vue quelconque ; et pourtant ce samedi 16 mai c’était l’anniversaire de ma femme ; aucune attention lui a été donné alors que je vous l’avez précisé ; d’autres hôtel ou l’on a passé un anniversaire étaient bcp plus attentif et généreux .

meilleur séjour avec accueil de qualité +++++++
Pros:

Le service irréprochable, le personnel d'une gentillesse !! vraiment rien à redire, le confort de la chambre, la situation géographique parfaite, l'accueil chaleureux, très peu de monde on a profité des espaces sauna piscine intérieur extérieur, tout était génial.
gros point fort de l'établissement, on a pu profiter de la piscine le dernier jour jusque 19h avec service de bagagerie et salles de bain vestiaires pour se rafraichir avant le voyage. vraiment un énorme coup de cœur pour cet établissement

Cons:

les chambres sont un peu défraichies par endroits c'est vrai, mais ça ne choque pas dans l'ensemble. ça reste très propre et accueillant

parking de l'hôtel totalement inadéquat pour des véhicules larges. Étroitesse des voies de circulation. A revoir.

Great location, good hotel, recommendable
Pros:

The staff was brilliant and helpful. The room had great pool view and sunny balcony for morning coffee. Gym was great. Restaurant and bar as well with good prices

Cons:

Garage doesn't allow bigger cars, like Volvo XC90 SUV due to narrow entrance at the ramp so i had to park at the street. Some lamps in the room were broken

Staff were very helpful and polite. Location was perfect with a short walk with a toddler to all local amenities and less than 10 mins to the train station. Hotel was very clean and well worth the money.
