Hotel closed "permanently" according to the paper signs stuck to the doors. Lights out. Car park empty. Looks abandoned. If travelling here soon, find an alternative or don't come!

I can guarantee you will regret it. We had cockroaches crawling on our beds, ended up sleeping in the car and ran away next morning. Stinky rooms, terrible place.

The hotel looks quite different in person compared to the photos online. It is clearly a budget hotel, which I understood when booking.

They do offer breakfast, but it is exactly the same every day. I can’t really complain about that because I expected a simple breakfast.

One major issue was the strong smell of humidity throughout the property. The rooms were also not as clean as they should be. We even paid an extra fee for room cleaning, but no one ever came to clean the room, and the staff never clearly explained how that service worked.

Another big reason we chose this hotel was because they advertised transportation to some of the theme parks. However, on the day we needed the shuttle, we were told there were no available spots, which was very disappointing.

One positive thing I can say is that the room felt safe and we did not have any issues with our belongings during the stay.

If I visit Orlando again, I would not stay at this hotel. I would prefer to spend a little more money for a better experience. In my opinion, booking this hotel was a mistake

1 I recently stayed at Micasa Hotel on International Drive in Orlando, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were unacceptable. The bathroom had multiple issues, including a leaking sink and broken floor tiles, which made the space feel unsafe and poorly maintained. Housekeeping service was inconsistent and difficult to access. When I requested clean bed linens, it was a struggle to have them replaced. The overall condition of the room gave the impression of neglect rather than proper hospitality standards.

Even more frustrating were the excessive additional charges. The hotel charges extra fees for nearly everything. Wi-Fi is not included, and there are additional fees if you receive packages at the hotel. If you order something online, they charge you simply to collect your own package from the front desk. The staff informed us that these are “legally required fees in the United States,” but I have stayed at other hotels in the country and have never experienced such charges for basic services. This felt misleading and unreasonable.

Customer service was another serious issue. One staff member who assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve concerns about the room and services, the interaction only increased the frustration. The lack of courtesy and willingness to assist was disappointing.

Overall, the combination of poor maintenance, questionable extra fees, and unprofessional customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I strongly advise future guests to carefully review all additional charges before booking and to manage expectations regarding comfort and service.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in this area and I've stayed in many many hotels in Orlando. Thank goodness we were only there overnight. There was other people's hair in the shower, and a half smeared bar of soap all over the shower floor. Mold filled the bathroom, smelled like a 80 year smokers house, carpet was wet, sheets had other people's hair on them, and the door barely shut, let along locked. 10/10 don't recommend.

We actually stayed about a year ago in February but that wasn't an option by the way. I didn't mind this hotel, we only booked it for the location being so close to Universal. The room smelled like water, take that as you will. the lamp stand was dirty like in other people's pictures. There was also a little spider web and spider on the lamp. The pool didn't seem that clean and the hot tub does not work. The pool was freezing btw, we could barely stay in it because it was so damn cold. The location is fair, being by International drive caused a lot of traffic on the way to Universal. I don't remember seeing the staff much, they never came in our room to refill towels or anything either. The beds were pretty comfy though, it's not the worst hotel to book if you're just looking for a place to sleep that's not too expensive.

Totally dissatisfied mold rust dust stinking disgusting covers ,nasty bath room tv doesn’t work phone doesn’t work carpet filthy counter tops nasty blow dryer dusty and nasty hair in tub and on towels and in bed . It’s a lot I have pictures of everything smells like mold when you step in room.

This hotel is a total dump. It’s old and dated and needs maintenance badly. We booked on line and the pictures looked very good. Trust me this is a farce. Plus they charged us an amenity fee of eight dollars. No amenity except we had Wi-Fi. The room stunk. No wash cloths, no hand towels, and the bath towels were thin. Limited toiletries and no lotion. We had a king bed. Sheets were stained and we had one king pillow and one worn out standard pillow. We requested another pillow but it never came. The carpets were old and dirty. But the worse was the AC. Every time it kicked on it woke us up. It sounded like a motorcycle motor. We arrived late and we were there for only one night. We were very tired or else we would have requested our money back moved on.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. BEWARE this hotel is roach infested, the elevators don't work, the ice machines are broke and the doors don't lock and the staff is horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would rate it zero if it was an option.
