Staff and location great. Otherwise I don’t recommend
Pros:

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful especially helping me move rooms

Cons:

My first room was not cleaned at all. Dirty rags in the shower, plates and silverware dirty. Breakfast was gone by 9am only dry stuff left and the lobby had no AC was so hot in there. There were giant rats running around outside our building and a sewer smell.

OK but wouldn't go back

Staff were always attentive and polite

Cons:

Pool was closed the whole time we were there, we booked it especially for the pools for the kids to play in.

Rooms and overall hotel was a bit old and dusty.

Lots of stairs, if someone is above you, all you could hear are creaks and steps, no quietness. Also, ant infestation and spider sightings. Front office has no air, swimming pool wasn’t available. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

This day was okay but I would have liked the discount for the fact that my room was dirty .
Pros:

Some of the staff were very polite and helpful while there was a particular girl that I think she's just there for a paycheck unfortunately not helpful at all. The breakfast was very nice. I like the things that they offered for free during the day especially what they do on Wednesday they should do something like that on the weekend. The room setup was very unique you felt like you were in a studio apartment it isn't a good location where a lot of things are walkable.

Cons:

I had cockroaches in my room and I made known of it and nothing was done about it they talked of even switching my rooms and a manager was supposed to get with me about it and nothing ever happened it was like it didn't even ever happen also it would be nice if they would have told everybody that their pool was down especially online people booked that hotel feeling like there was going to be a pool. Also take down the fact that you have shuttle services if you don't have a shuttle driver then maybe don't have shuttle services available when you don't have them available.

Pros:

コーヒーがおいしかった。部屋も広く、テレビも2台あり、ミニキッチン付きで良かった。

Cons:

部屋にはいったとたん、メキシカン料理のにおいがする。においは感じなくなるが、毎回ドアを開けるたび鼻につくので、カーペットなどに染みついて取れないんだと思う。
朝食は7泊したので、代り映えしないのがきつかった。果物はあったが野菜類がいっさいない。
