Good location for Scottsdale. Snacks and fast food are next door.

Cons:

Noisy HVAC system may bother folks sensitive to noise. One of two key cards needed redone. Was a common problem apparently and the key card machine needed repairs

Clean hotel nice staff good location. FULL Size beds only
Pros:

Decent hotel close to everything. Staff was great! The property was clean. Breakfast was good several choices of hot items and cereal, bagels etc

Cons:

ALL BEDS IN EVERY ROOM ARE FULL SIZE NOT QUEEN. This is a problem for two people trying to sleep in a full-size bed. The staff was very accommodating and switched us to a room with a king bed but then our son had to sleep on a rollaway bed that was not very comfortable. The hot tub didn't get hot, we had to tell the front desk, and they had to reset it then we had to wait for 30-45 minutes, but it still didn't get very hot. Key cards kept not working for the outside doors, and for our room had to go to the front desk and get them re-coded several times. Many other guests had the same problem.

Pros:

Nick at the front desk was very pleasant TO EVERYONE. I observed him listening to an elderly gentleman's story, polity excuse himself to check someone in BUT still engage with the elder telling him not to leave because he wanted to finish the chat. That's rarely seen.
The hotel was well kept, the staff was friendly, the location was about 12 mins from a three day seminar we attended. Also, located close enough to the airport. We used shared ride services as transportation. Pick up and drop offs were easy.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but some crude person using the restroom in the lobby area and not flushing. 💩

1.Breakfast was not good 2nd day. Water , juice dispenser was not working before/around 8am even if there was not any water arrangement in the breakfast room.
2.restroom sing water clearing was too slow. It’s like swim water clogging. I had to wait long for water going cleared.
