This was my second stay there. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is super and breakfast is good.

great stay, thank you!
Pros:

I appreciated the clean room, and breakfast area. The pool was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Elevator in the far wing of the building was not working. I also didn't like that the bathroom door in the suite didn't seal tight and it was easy to see through.

I have contacted the manager 3x asking for compensation and/or refund w/o results.
Pros:

location in Scottsdale was excellent

Cons:

This reservation was for 4 days; the room was never clean, wastebaskets, etc., never emptied, fresh towels/linens never supplied. We understood rooms are cleaned every 3 days (which seems excessive to begin with); however, this room was never cleaned during a 4 day stay.
